I love the Rockport brand and have been wearing their shoes, boots and sneakers for about 8 years. What I have noticed on the last pair or two is that the soles are wearing quicker. I don't know if they changed material but if they don't address this issue I may have to move to a different brand.

I should have heeded the other reviews on this item. Cut too high in the heel so it chafes the ankle bones.

It used to be more comfortable and last longer but they have changed the quality and durability which is not acceptable so they are loosing customers now.

Like the look of this shoe. Fits true. This shoe needs a insole it has no cushion. You can feel the smallest stone thru the sole. I did keep them in hopes of purchasing some comfort insoles to use with them. I only kept them because I wear size 16 and shoes styles I like are hard to find. Just hope the after market soles do the job.

Very good exterior but inserts are poor. The inverts provide zero cushion for walking and this is supposed to be a walking shoe.

I work on concrete floors standing all day and I Loved these shoes for years, then I went to get another pair and something seemed different. They changed the sole! There are people here who say no, maybe their store had some old stock. I bought the new ones and they just were not the same, still made in Vietnam but something changed in the sole and it hurt my soul. I have had numerous longtime time employees at various high-end shoe stores confirm they noticed the same thing. I do not know if they switched factories or just tried to save a penny on materials but you should not mess with a good thing. RIP I am moving on.

I have worn and loved my Rockport shoes I've purchased during the last 15 years and expected the new ones to be the same high quality as all the previous pairs. I tried them on and found they did not have the same comfortable fit as the prior pairs so I took the insoles out of my worn out pairs of shoes and inserted them into the new shoes and that really helped. I hope you go back to the Dynamic Suspension insoles you used to put in the shoes. Other than that, I was pleased with the shoes.

This is the 2nd pair I have owned of this style. This time the quality has gone down but the price has gone up. It's a decent shoe but for the price and from having it before I expected better.

The shoes were well made and as advertised, but the top avove the five eye lacing front rose too high and rubbed against my ankle bone. A four eyelace system would work much better.

I sent my new Rockport World Tour back today. I have been wearing multiple editions of these shoes for decades. These must have been my fifth or six pair and would normally rte them five stars.. I thought I was ordering brown, like the pair I was replacing, but now they only offer dark brown. I felt the color was too dark and "lifeless" and so reluctantly returned them, thus the only three stars. George

I bought these shoes because they looked nice in the photos and most of the customer comments expressed how extremely comfortable they are. The truth is that I love the way they look. They're exactly the style of shoe that I wanted, and they fit perfectly, BUT they're EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I tried gel inserts, but that made my feet cramped inside the shoe. I tried traditional inserts, but it really didn't help much. So basically, I'm stuck with some really nice looking shoes that I hate to wear. I blame all the previous reviews more than anything, though. If this shoe is what you people consider comfortable then you are delusional.

Have previously owned two pairs of same shoe. This pair seems made of cheaper materials, stiffer and not as comfortable out of the box as prior versions. Am hoping they will become more comfortable when they are more worn in. Less footbed comfort and definitely less arch support than with previous pairs.

Comfortable and true to form. Very stylish and the classsic shoe looks can be worn with both slacks and jeans.

The shoes are comfortable, but the image color is very misleading. The "chocolate" color is actually like this color: http://www.colorhexa.com/cc9966.png. It needs to be much darker, in my opinion.

My husband has worn these for years and loved them. But something has changed in the construction. Wore them on a trip with a lot of walking and he was in terrible pain. Won't wear them again. We still love Zappos, just not this shoe. He's very happy with the New Balance MW812 he just ordered.

Love this shoe but cannot find in my size. You say these are your "Extra Wide" shoes, but only have Medium available?

Soft sole shoe I use for casual dress. I did not expect great arch support as is the case with most shoes today that use throw away inserts. I use the Superfeet green insert to correct this. I don't consider this a walking shoe. Didn't buy it for that reason.

I have worn Rockport shoes over twenty years and I still wear some of the shoes purchased ten years ago. These were of much better quality and comfort. I'm hoping these shoes become more comfortable as time goes by.

I bought these online after reading they are great for long-time standing work. However, they run about a full size big.

This is a well-made shoe, looks great, excellent quality and fits well except there is zero arch support. That's my only complaint but I need a lot of arch support so I had to send it back. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

I like the shoes except they have a narrow toe box. Shoe manufacturers need to address this widespread issue. It is a good way to ruin nice shoes. Also, the shoes have paper thin insoles. That is mot what I expect from Rockport.

I have worn the Rockport wing tip for several years to my great pleasure. It was a nice fitting (I have a narrow foot) and comfortable shoe, very light in weight. I was in need of a more versatile shoe for some travel, but still "nice" enough to wear with slacks and a sport coat. My initial impression of the comfort level of this shoe is disappointment. Seems "stiff" and the top of the shoe at the ankle opening seems to chafe at my ankle. I have added a gel insert, and am hoping the shoe will "loosen up" the stiffness and the ankle issue with some wear. I must also admit that the photo on line gives more the impression of a hiker/walker type shoe and the live product gives more the impression of an "old man's shoe".

I have been wearing Rockport for many years. This is the first pair purchased that did not fit true to size. Feels like I'm walking out of shoes.

I had a pair of these years ago and they were a great shoe. really comfortable, great quality, all that good stuff. so i decided to buy another pair but i guess the old saying goes, they dont make things like they use to, is right. this new pair is all but like the older ones. i try not to say anything at all if its going to be bad and with that all i will say is this. wish i wouldnt have bought them.
Hopeful,
