Always wanted a pair of these, looked comfortable. Was disappointed, felt clunky and insufficient in the arch support. I decided to return them.

The shoes were not at all true to size; they were much smaller and more narrow.

One of very few casual shoes available in a narrow width. Nice to have shoes that fit.

10.5 M felt too constricting. Within hours the left side of my right shoe began hurting. I had to return them.

This is my 3rd pair of what should be the exact same shoe, but something has drastically changed as the size and width feels one entire size too small. Quality still looks great though. What to do now?

The shoe is excellent for fit and feel. Howevere the particular type of leather tends to make my feet sweat and therefore the shoe smells. It makes my socks smell. Overall I have worn Rockports many many times and they are top of the line. It is just this particular leather is not good for my feet. I still like the shoes and have received many compliments. Just wish they were made with a different type or different color leather.

Unfortunately, I have high arches and was not able to adjust to these shoes. I even skipped using the top eyelet for the lases, but that did not help.

They were my size but fit very tight. I had to return them.

I bought these to wear to work. They look very comfy, but there is something which presses my feet from inside and make them very uncomfortable. Returning...

I wore these same model / type Rockports before, but these feel very tight.

Second time I've tried this year, sadly with the same result: Rockport has decided o make their "wide" shoes **much** narrower than they have been for the past 15 years. A 7.5 wide used to fit perfectly, now they pinch my feet. Adding to my frustration, an extra-wide is not available in 7.5, it starts at size 8. That's too bad Rockport, you've just lost my business!

I returned this shoe because it didn't feel the way a hundred dollar pair of shoes should feel. I remember Rockports being a higher quality than these.

Have Rockport shoes but toe area seems smaller and it pinches.

The shoe just didn’t feel like a $100 shoe. For the same price I got Born shoes that had super soft leather and hand finishing.

Rockport material quality is not what it was several years ago. The tongue is too short. The insert quality should be better with more support.

Unfortunately I wanted to like/keep this shoe, but the part at the back - touching the ankle was killing me. The right shoe. After 2 minutes of walking in it, i had to remove them. The right shoe was killing my right ankle. Too bad.
