ref ROCKPORT world Tour classic:::I ordered this pair in around Jan 2017 , my size 8 4EEE. I have been ordering this shoe almost at a frequency of every 15 months for the past few years. never had an issue. however the shoe ordered in Jan 2017 caused me real pinch in my left pinky toe. it felt as is if the front chamber is smaller than the chamber of right shoe. after unbearable pain on my left foot pinky toe I decided to order another shoe this time 8.5 4EEE. I tried this shoe right shoe again was comfortable but left shoe had some tightness close to pinky toe. I decided to measure the width. photos attached. I used Vernier caliper. I found that width of front chamber of left foot was about 4 mm less that the right foot. no wonder my left pinky toe had been hurting. I had complained about my order of Jan. very nice of Zappos that they gave me credit for the shoe. However as shown in photo I have attached, it is kind of clear that Rockport manufacturer may have to look in to their manufacturing. either the left and right shoes are being paired and labeled wrong or there might be a manufacturing issue. I am returning the second order also. I am disappointed that a shoe I liked for comfort is no longer correctly available.

Picking these shoes up one is quickly aware of how light the shoes are. Having a wide foot I appreciate the ample toe room, as well as room for my high arch. From the beginning walking in these shoes was comfortable.

These are great shoes the only thing that would make them better would a shank made with something other than steel.

These Rockports are great, so comfortable for walking. Also, they were delivered the day after I placed the order and the free shipping is a real perk. Thank you!

After about 3 yrs with my first pair in almost daily use, except in summer when I wear sneakers and shorts, I just bought a second pair, only because the uppers were looking a little rubbed in areas, and occasional polish no longer covered it. These are very comfortable, and I like that I can order an 11.5 for an exact fit, instead of getting a 12. Because the soles were still in great shape, I took my older pair to a shoe repair place, and for just a small fee they dyed the rubbed areas to a perfect match, so now I have two pair... the older one for knock-about days, the newer one for nicer casual occasions. My wife says to add that they look great with jeans or casual Docker-type slacks.

I just bought a new pair of these in June 2001 and I will not buy another. My feet used to love this model of Rockport, but I've seen their quality get worse and worse and they wear out faster. This pair feels crummy and I rarely wear them. Used to be a good shoe, not anymore.

I'm a huge fan of the Rockport brand. These shoes were all-day comfortable almost right out of the box and the style puts a lot of "casual" in business-casual!

This is my second pair of these great shoes, which I use for world traveling. They're light, very comfortable, and balance sporty vs. good looks very well. They look well with anything from casual to semi-dressy. They suffer rain and muck well, since the sole is a little higher than usual.

My husband loves his casual shoes. They look great and he says they feel great too!

Good, durable, comfortable shoe. I'm on my feet all day, and this shoe supports my feet well. On my third pair, lasts very well.

All my life I have been plagued with big feet. It has been impossible to find shoes in a retail store. So I have always been at the mercy of catalog shopping. You always pay for shipping and if they don't fit, you pay for return also stocking charges. Since I have been shopping with Zappos I have, never been so happy. No shipping or return charges and up to a year to walk in the shoes. I have told everyone I know to shop with them. I no longer mind wearing a size 16.

Rockport needs to get their act together. This month I ordered two different styles of Rockports and both were uncomfortable and of poor quality. Further it has become virtually impossible to get a correct size, nothing seems to be uniform from style to style and shoe to shoe. You cannot even count on the euro and metric sizes with Rockports. Au Revoir Rockports, hello Clarks!

I ordered my shoes one day and they arrived the next day. Great service and a good product.

I have 2 pair of these in both colors offered. They are the most comfortable shoes I have worn. Zappos customer service is also a plus.

Zappos and Rockport are going strong, the shoes are still good shoes, but I have to test them because now they are assembled elsewhere. I will tell you in few months, have a good time people.

Banish pebbled leather - Although these shoes seem to fit fine, their appearance is another matter. Frankly, the shoes look cheap; I won't purchase this style again.

These Rockports are my husband's favorite shoes. Zappos gives unbelievable service. I ordered a different pair of sandals my husband didn't care for, I returned them, free shipping, and reordered another pair of his Rockports with the credit and received them the next day. Outstanding service.

These are excellent shoes! I am partial to Rockport shoes and have worn them for the past 20+ years with each pair being comfortable, well constructed, and long lasting. Fit and support is wonderful.

It's a great product. I had the same one earlier which was all messed up at Lollapalooza last year.

Very fine looking casual shoe. My foot is flat and wide. The XW fits like a glove -- not too narrow and not to wide. (Can I say glove when talking about a shoe?) Great looking shoe for a walk about.

These shoes were comfortable from the minute I put them on. They are great for walking around and can pass for dress shoes. They were delivered in two days from my order.

I only buy this shoe, reason it fits me better than any other shoe. I buy it from Zappos because their service is outstanding.

Exchanged first selection with no problem. Chose Rockport and they fit true to width as I needed. Received new pair in one day.
