I don't know how I'd survive without these sneakers. I've had 7 foot operations, wear orthotics and wearing these are like walking on air. Great support - I just don't think you can go wrong with these.

Supportive, comfortable - out of the box - I have wide feet with a bunion issue on the left foot and these sneaks are great. I walk far each day on concrete sidewalks and love the support (though I wore them for an aerobics session and with the lateral motion the shoe parts around my ankle rubbed). As always - I ordered these and had them next day!

The New Balance 508 is very comfortable without a "breaking in" period. This shoe is great for walking. I did buy the shoe a half size larger than I usually do because of the stitching across the toe in the front.

I always wear New Balance shoes...they fit better than any others I've tried. I used to wear Nikes and various other brands, but they are made for very narrow feet, which I do not have. I can wear my NB for walking and any other activity I do and my feet feel great, plus casual wear as they look great too. Also I would like to say that I love ordering from Zappos...the fast shipping and courteous service is the best ever!

Excellent support, extremely comfortable - I've been wearing the WX1007 and this is a great replacement for that shoe. Would have preferred a mesh upper instead of leather. Has good arch support and a roomy toe box.

Comfy - I wear these shoes to Curves and when walking and they are great. Very light and fit my narrow foot wonderfully with adequate arch support. I will definitely order these again.

Favorite walking shoe - I have been wearing this same shoe for about 8 years now. I panic when I can't find it and am glad Zappos carries it. I have had back surgery twice and walk a lot to strengthen my back and find this shoe to be the most comfortable and most supportive of any I have tried. It holds up well and will even survive several trips through the washing machine when it gets too soiled. I highly recommend it for someone who needs extra support for an active lifestyle.

Very comfortable shoe - These are the only shoes that I can walk on for extended periods of time. They are becoming harder to find out in the stores and I am glad that you have them in stock. They have a perfect fit and there is no breaking in period like some sneakers.

Feel great - I work 4-10 hr days and am on my feet the whole time. I find this shoe to be the best for standing on concrete

Perfect - These are the only shoes I put on in the morning and wear them all day long. ALL other shoes come off the minute they can.

Did not like this particular New Balance sneaker. It is very uncomfortable - the width seems narrower than what it should be - pinching the left side of each foot

Worse tennis shoe I've ever worn. I love Avia tennis shoes, but Zappos was out of my size 5. I needed shoes so I ordered New Balance WX608... what a mistake. They are the most uncomfortable shoe that I've ever worn. From the minute I put them on the top of my foot was in pain. Previously I owned a pair of New Balance and I wasn't pleased with them either, but I thought that I would give them another try. I will not make this mistake again. I haven't sent them back, but I certainly am. I love Zappos, but not New Balance shoes!!!!

Love this shoe - I buy this same style shoe every year. I just love it. Perfect fit and performance for all activities.

All Star - Has great support for the ankle and the seams don't hit any sensitive spots. Nice cushioning on the sole as well.

Love this classic shoe! I've worn New Balance 608's for years. I thought I'd try something new so I ordered two different athletic shoes from Zappos but had to send them back due to fit in both cases (what a great return policy!). So I came back to the tried and true and appreciate the 608 all the more now. I wear a 10.5 AA (could use an AAA in the heel) so I really appreciate New Balance carrying this tough to find size. I'm appalled that this shoe's write-up shows that it is to be discontinued soon. I hope Zappos will tell NB not to do that. I ordered these on a Thursday afternoon and they were at my home on Friday morning! Zappos is amazing -- thanks!

Couldn't be better! I love these shoes. They are by far the most comfortable brand I have ever owned. I think that says it all!

Very impressed - This is my first pair of New Balance shoes. I'm very impressed with them! I initially bought them to wear while walking (I walk approximately 2.5 miles each day) but they're so comfortable that I find myself wearing them the entire day.

NB 608… Great shoe! These New Balance fit my feet well. Excellent arch support and true to size, except as with most NB shoes I have tried/bought, "wide" is slightly snug. They definitely are not sloppy! Would only accommodate orthotics if one were to buy a larger size than needed without orthotics.

5 stars aren't enough - I needed this exact model in my (tiny) size (5) for the stability in rehab after a car accident. My PT praises them (for the purpose) and me (for getting them in ONE day!) I love New Balance and I love Zappos.

Love the shoes! The shoes felt great right from the first time I put them on. I had been having a lot of problems with my bad knees and didn't think it had any thing to do with my shoes I was wearing at the time, because they were new. I guess I was wrong! My knees felt better right off the start! I also have issues with my feet and use inserts. The New Balance handles this issue with no problem. Hope they don't retire this model too soon.
