Have had shoes 3 months. At first, these shoes were the most comfortable shoes! then, two months later, the heel is peeling off the shoe. this is without a lot of wear, I work a desk job, so I wear them during my walks on breaks so 1 hour a day and then to the gym for 2 hours and they're falling apart.

The shoe is sized as Wide but it is pretty narrow through the ball of the foot.

I have always worn the Princess style Rebok and now I cant find it in stores and the pair that I ordered are too small and not wide enough! I ordered a 7.5 W and it is more like a 6 narrow.

The shoe is built for a narrower foot than the wide size indicates.

Waaaaay too narrow. Ordered D wide and like previous shopper said, it was much closer to a B width. My feet were visibly poking out of the thin top material and it was not a good look. Plus it didn't look like the shoe would hold up for too long. Returning.

I have been buying this sneaker since 2000, every 2-3 years. Last pair I purchased was in 2012 but but did not wear them as much so there was no need to replace. Last year I felt it was time to renew and I immediately felt the difference in the newer sneaker as soon as I put them on. Comfort level I was used to was gone. The memory foam insole does not work for me and has taken away from the comfort of the shoe. Did not purchase.

These are the worst shoes I have purchased in a long time. They are much smaller than marked, look, and fit strangely, and are absolutely uncomfortable. You would think that they would be good shoes with the name Reebok. ??

I totally agree with the critic who wrote the long review/complaint about the material changes made to Reebok's original Classic Princess sneakers. I have worn the originals for many years because I have chronic back ache/spinal problems, and found them to be the only comfortable footwear that have made it possible for me to walk outdoors. I have actually come to depend on the brand for my locomotive survival.
Unfortunately, over the past year or so I have been searching for new pairs, and have only been able to find the SYNTHETIC VERSIONS, such as the ones made in Vietnam. This has been extremely frustrating for me, since the ones I have are wearing out. They are twisting and looking shabby; and worse, with the wearing out of the soles, the pain in my back is increasing.
This review is my cry for help! I am hoping that representatives from Reebok will actually read this and similar reviews. Whatever might be happening with the Reebok company, please know that you have loyal customers who depend on the Classic Princess model for health reasons - based on the soft cushioned soles, and genuine leather uppers and cloth lining.
I am appealing to Reebok, on behalf of myself and other loyal wearers of the genuine classic version, TO RESUME PRODUCTION OF THE ORIGINAL CLASSIC PRINCESS MODEL as soon as possible. Please note that from the perspective of informed customers, the VIETNAMESE VERSION IS NOT "CLASSIC."
To Reebok's executive decision-makers: if the primary reason for stopping the production of the genuine classic sneakers is based on desire to make enormous profit, please temper the profit-making motive with compassion for women whose health and survival depend on a product you have made in the past with such care. The only adjustment the Classic Princess needed was additional material reinforcement, so that it would not twist as it wears out.
I look forward to being able find the original Reebok Classic Princess sneakers in stores in the near future. In the hope that Reebok will hear the cries of women like me, the company would be making a lot of us very happy. I hope it won't be necessary for women consumers of the product and their supporters to stage group requests in front of Reebok stores.
In solidarity with other disappointed women consumers of the Reebok Classic Princess sneakers -
- Betty.

This shoe was very comfortable, but I was amazed at how narrow it was in the front when it was supposed to be the wide width. My toes were scrunched and even though it felt soft, it would never last if I continued to wear them. I can't imagine what a narrow would look like! I was disappointed because otherwise I really liked the shoe.

I am really unhappy that you ruined the princess. For thirty years I have worn no other athletic shoe. Unfortunately, I bought the black and white shoe and I wear my old scruffy ones because they feel better than that synthetic stuff. I know I am wasting my breath, but it!s my breath and I have COPD. I refuse to buy what you call the princess how and will buy cushioned inserts for other brands. I can't yell you how disappointed I am

They look great but they were not right for my feet. I switched the regular insoles inside the shoes with my special insoles. After wearing them a couple of hours, started to hurt parts of my feet. I tried to wear them a couple of more times, loosening and tightening the laces at different levels, but it did not help.

The Reebok Classic Princess style used to be made from leather. Not anymore. The new "Classic" just isn't the same. It seems to be a little more narrow, but maybe it's just that with plastic uppers, there is no give, no chance to stretch and conform to the foot. Leather is so much more comfortable to wear than "synthetic leather" #aka "fake leather"#.
Please bring back this classic leather shoe.

I happily wore the Princess (called the Diana long ago) for many years. They are now drastically downgraded, with imitation leather, no arch support, and unreliable fit. The company has stripped away the characteristics that made this a great shoe. I won't be buying them in future unless they return to quality production standards.

I should havae gone to a store to try them on, then they would not have been too narrow. I tried to break them in, but to no avail.

Like many of your reviewers, I have been so in love with my "Princess" Reeboks. I have bought at least 2 pair every year for the past 26 years, for work in my hospital. They have been so wonderful to wear all day at work, like walking on clouds. I have never thrown out "old" ones untill they were literally falling apart, years old, done in by yard work. Now I see they are made of PLASTIC!!! I have bought a pair, I'm NOT happy about this! AT first they were a little tight around the toes, but have eased up. As for durability, time will tell.... Reebok, why mess with a good thing? If it's not broke, don't fix it! Are you trying to save a few bucks? In the end you may lose a LOYAL customer base. As for me, I will not buy another pair untill they are made of LEATHER.

I have been wearing these shoes for many years. I always buy two at a time, so that when one pair is worn out, I have another. Much to my chagrin, the shoes I received recently were too tight! The shoes have changed and are smaller and more narrow in width. I will have to find new favorites.

I've worn this style of sneaker (Reebok Princess) off and on for years but the last ones I bought were just sub par. They are no longer leather, but instead are made out of synthetic leather (aka vinyl). The fit and finish isn't great and the sneakers are not overly comfortable. I found them hot and stiff. The tongue is now made from a very coarse nylon like something you would find on a patio chair. Very disappointing.

The Reebok shoe did not fit like the ones I have purchased in the past. No arch support and they were narrower with less "toe box."
