Love this sneaker. It runs tight so a wider width was needed. But, with Zappos excellent customer service I returned one pair and ordered a replacement and had the new pair within a day. Great Service and comfortable sneaker.

Thank goodness Zappos has such a great return policy - these are going back tomorrow! I have worn this brand and style for years and was ready for a new pair - what a surprise - the quality has declined so far! The leather is cheap and stiff and there is simply no arch support. Even the insole is stiff and uncomfortable - no padding inside. The cheap leather ruins the overall look even though the style is the same. And they have skimped on the leather so the whole shoe is smaller Too bad, I could always count on this brand to have supple leather and a fabulous insole with lots of support. No more - guess I won't be buying any more Reeboks.

As always excellent customer service! I received these shoes so quickly you must have shipped them before I ordered them. As a person with foot problems I highly recommend these shoes for walking. They are super light, have great support and are comfortable to wear all day.

These shoes are great. Very comfortable and not at all bulky on my feet. Zappos is a great company that truly gives excellent customer service. The go over and above to make sure your order is there quickly and returns are painless. I recommend this show, and this company, to everyone!

Comfortable at first wear.

Not as comfortable as the Reeboks I remember, but with the addition of an insole they are very comfy. Run narrow.

Did not look good at all on my feet. Could be just my feet...I have bunions. I wore this style for many years, but this just is not what I need now.

The most comfortable sneaker ever invented! These shoes look great and feel awesome from day one, no blisters, no need to break them in.

Love the shoes - been wearing them for years. They fit my feet like slippers and look good enough to wear as my "real" shoes.

Bought for my mother-in-law, they are the only sneakers she will wear. Very comfortable for her.

I find that this shoe is lite and bends very easily when walking. They have sufficient padding on the heal to help reduce my heal pain. I usually purchase New Balance but the insides are so hard they really make my feet hurt. I will be purchasing the Reebok in the future.

I used to love wearing this style (many times over the years) but now the fit is not quite right for me. The Nike Air Miler Walker works much better. Still a great basic shoe though.

I bought these for my girlfriend to wear at work (she's a bartender). There is great cushioning, comfort, and this is a cute style, she says! And they even look good with skirts and dresses.

I've purchased from Zappos twice and each time was a pleasant experience. Their variety of shoes is extensive and they make the experience of purchase a pleasure. I find myself smiling when I get an email from them. Each shoe I bought at Zappos, I had purchased the shoe in the past, so I knew what I wanted. The Reebok Princess is a great shoe. I especially like it because it hugs my foot, makes me feel like my foot is dainty, not like most tennis shoes that can be rather clunky. I've got a narrow foot. They are light weight and a good all around casual shoe. Zappos bent over backwards when they had made an error when I purchased my first pair -- the box had the correct size, but the shoe was a different size. They sent the replacement pair overnight! Not only is the marketing in emails pleasant, the people on the phone are just as great. Zappos, you have made a believer out of me. Your employees are happy! And a happy employee is a happy customer. The frosting on the cake is even too good to be true, but it is! No shipping costs. Why would I ever purchase my shoes any other place? Thank you!

I had to send my shoe back a number times until I got the one that fitted. Zappos was extremely helpful. They treated my order with respect. The Reebok Lifestyle Princess is the only athletic show that I wear and have done so for several years. It is comfortable and serviceable for all activities. It is my go to shoe for work and play.

Holy crap Zappos, fast shipping. I expected a couple of days, but it came overnight. That's quick. Onto the shoes...they are good so far, but I just got them. They feel a little tight for a wide width, but they seem like they will stretch over time nicely. I am sick of wearing dress shoes to work, so I wanted a plain black sneaker to wear with my black slacks, I think these will do nicely. This shoe looks straight out of the '80s though. I'm not sure if I'm a 6.5 or 7 anymore, so I'm just going to say they felt true to size.

Love these shoes! They don't look all big-soled and they are comfy from the first day that I walked 3 miles! Had them in white and had to come back for black for shopping and standing long times.

I've had these shoes (in White) in the past and have been pleased with what a great, basic shoe style it is. Not too bulky and comfortable. I recently ordered a pair in Black for work thinking that they'd be perfect. Unfortunately, my job has me standing on my feet all day long and these just do not offer enough support of cushioning for comfort. At the end of the day, my feet are in agony. So, I ordered a pair of more expensive Brooks to relieve the agony. My take on these shoes is that they are great for casual wear, but not if you're going to be on your feet all day and need a supportive shoe.

I've worn this particular Reebok model for more years than I care to remember, so I was amazed to find it still around -- and very pleased, as well, since the ones I was wearing were pretty decrepit. Fits me perfectly, which is something I can't say for other athletic shoes. Maybe no longer stylish? Not important -- the fit and feel are wonderful!

I was so excited to be able to order some shoes for my, mom. The shoe got shipped to my Mom's house, she liked that, but size 6 wide didn't fit, still way to narrow in the front. Will try again.

I'm required to wear black polishable shoes with a non-skid sole to work, and these fit the bill. Very comfortable and not too expensive. Reeboks fit my feet well.

Well the Reebok I brought were for my daugther away at school. She like them so much I will be getting me a pair as soon as I can. I just hope they are carry in a 11 wide size.
