Far too narrow , I have small feet but these were far too narrow

Why are these Classic Gym Shoes made from Synthetic Leather instead of Genuine Leather

It replaces an almost exact worn out pair I really liked.

It's very narrow and tight. There is no room in the shoe. It's not comfortable at all. I returned it immediately

I bough a pair of your Reebok years ago, they were so comfortable, I purchased size 6 but my actual size is 5.5 but it was very comfortable with my socks on and still wearing them now but the bottom is beginning to tear a little bit now, that's why i need a new pair. I have been looking for the same Reebok shoes that I had, but could not find any where in any local shoes store including Macy's until I saw your advertised online, i was a little bit disappointed because you didn't have the same shoes you had years ago anymore, so I tried the new one, but the front part is some kind of narrow i tried to untie it a little bit but still. I do not know what to do, is it OK to return it? Still brand new, have not wear them yet, only tried on. (Sorry I do not know how to upload the picture so you can see).

I needed some comfortable black walking shoes and these are perfect.

I ordered the same shoe style (Princess) with the same size (9.5) & the same width (wide) as I purchased previously but this time the shoes are shorter in length & much more narrow.

I have bought these for years and now they aren't available in real leather anymore. Very disappointed!
