The product is great have worn for many years. The leather upper is soft once broken into. It seems as if they change the insole as I feel it used to have arch support and now it is completely flat and not as supportive but midsole is still cushioned enough to stand or walk all day.

My mom has worn these exact shoes for decades. I can remember her wearing them when I was a child. She wears them every day and usually has a rotation of 2 or 3 pairs (one brand new for wearing to work and one or 2 in worse condition for home, etc.). The shoes themselves are great. Purchasing the shoes, on the other hand, has been an... interesting experience. We used to be able to find them at Academy, but it seems they no longer carry them. So I went to the nearest outlet mall location. They didn't have the correct size but offered for me to have them shipped to my house at no cost. That was fine with me, but I wanted to go ahead and order 2 pairs to avoid having to go through this again. So we proceeded to order them on the salesman's tablet. The new system malfunctioned twice, so I had to go through the whole ordering process, typing in my shipping and mailing address 3 times - the poor guy was very apologetic because I must have been at the store for at least 30 minutes and still had to wait for the shoes. After about a week and a half, the box arrived, and an email told me the order was complete. I could tell the box was too small for 2 pairs of shoes, and when I opened it, only 1 box was inside. I looked *everywhere* on the Reebok website for an email address, but all I could find was "chat with our customer service", tweet us (?), and send us a message on Facebook. I wanted to send pics to prove what had happened. I ended up using the chat option. The rep asked me to send pics, and when I pointed out there was no way to do that through chat, he gave me an email address (ah, so it does exist!). I was taking the pictures and sending them and didn't see a new message he had sent, so he closed the chat... *face palm*. So I opened another chat and spoke with another rep who said he'd get it taken care of. One or two days later, I got a follow-up email that my account would be credited for the second pair... I'm thinking it might be time for my mom to find a different favorite shoe that's easier to locate :/

Bought this shoe for my mother who and she lovess.

The sneakers fit correctly. Received quickly when ordered.

Comfy and lightweight. The second pair I've owned, the first pair is 3 years old and still in ok shape. Great quality.

Not the right shoes and they were tight so order a half size up for comfort.

Seem to fit a bit more snug in the toes than they used to, but hoping the leather will stretch out a little. Next size up would be to big. Overall quality is as excellent as ever!

I have been wearing the Princess walking shoes for over 40 years. I love how light weight they are. I have always hated the big, heavy, and culuky feel of those big tennis shoes. Their to heavy and cumbersome. The Princess is like wearing a ballet shoe. They do not fatigue your legs as much and give you the feeling like you could walk forever. A few years ago it was discovered that I had Degenerative Disk Disease so for many years my walking has been minimal. My surgeon finally agreed to perform my second double spine fusion next month. I believe this will finally take away pain forever. I plan on lacing up my Princess shoes and walking everywhere I want. Its been a long time since I've been able to do that!

Due to foot problems, my mother can only wear certain types of shoes and these are perfect for her.

I have worn the Princess shoe for years. I love them but the past three years I have found the wide is not comfortable. Not wide enough. Will have to find a new shoe.

The shoes are not sized correctly. I had to go another size larger, and 2 returns to get to the right size
