these are the most perfect shoes I always want these love it!

I've been wearing Reebok princess shoes for 30 years I like them because they're leather they fit well and they last longer than the more expensive shoes that you have to replace in 3 months because the insoles wear down quickly

My mom has worn these exact shoes for decades. I can remember her wearing them when I was a child. She wears them every day and usually has a rotation of 2 or 3 pairs (one brand new for wearing to work and one or 2 in worse condition for home, etc.). The shoes themselves are great. Purchasing the shoes, on the other hand, has been an... interesting experience. We used to be able to find them at Academy, but it seems they no longer carry them. So I went to the nearest outlet mall location. They didn't have the correct size but offered for me to have them shipped to my house at no cost. That was fine with me, but I wanted to go ahead and order 2 pairs to avoid having to go through this again. So we proceeded to order them on the salesman's tablet. The new system malfunctioned twice, so I had to go through the whole ordering process, typing in my shipping and mailing address 3 times - the poor guy was very apologetic because I must have been at the store for at least 30 minutes and still had to wait for the shoes. After about a week and a half, the box arrived, and an email told me the order was complete. I could tell the box was too small for 2 pairs of shoes, and when I opened it, only 1 box was inside. I looked *everywhere* on the Reebok website for an email address, but all I could find was "chat with our customer service", tweet us (?), and send us a message on Facebook. I wanted to send pics to prove what had happened. I ended up using the chat option. The rep asked me to send pics, and when I pointed out there was no way to do that through chat, he gave me an email address (ah, so it does exist!). I was taking the pictures and sending them and didn't see a new message he had sent, so he closed the chat... *face palm*. So I opened another chat and spoke with another rep who said he'd get it taken care of. One or two days later, I got a follow-up email that my account would be credited for the second pair... I'm thinking it might be time for my mom to find a different favorite shoe that's easier to locate :/
