These shoes are great. Very comfortable and not at all bulky on my feet. Zappos is a great company that truly gives excellent customer service. The go over and above to make sure your order is there quickly and returns are painless. I recommend this show, and this company, to everyone!

Not as comfortable as the Reeboks I remember, but with the addition of an insole they are very comfy. Run narrow.

I find that this shoe is lite and bends very easily when walking. They have sufficient padding on the heal to help reduce my heal pain. I usually purchase New Balance but the insides are so hard they really make my feet hurt. I will be purchasing the Reebok in the future.

I couldn't find these shoes in any of our local stores, but Zappos had them and mailed them within a week. It is good to know that Zappos takes returns and exchanges as easy as ordering. Thanks for this great online service. JG from Fort Myers, FL

I've purchased from Zappos twice and each time was a pleasant experience. Their variety of shoes is extensive and they make the experience of purchase a pleasure. I find myself smiling when I get an email from them. Each shoe I bought at Zappos, I had purchased the shoe in the past, so I knew what I wanted. The Reebok Princess is a great shoe. I especially like it because it hugs my foot, makes me feel like my foot is dainty, not like most tennis shoes that can be rather clunky. I've got a narrow foot. They are light weight and a good all around casual shoe. Zappos bent over backwards when they had made an error when I purchased my first pair -- the box had the correct size, but the shoe was a different size. They sent the replacement pair overnight! Not only is the marketing in emails pleasant, the people on the phone are just as great. Zappos, you have made a believer out of me. Your employees are happy! And a happy employee is a happy customer. The frosting on the cake is even too good to be true, but it is! No shipping costs. Why would I ever purchase my shoes any other place? Thank you!

I had to send my shoe back a number times until I got the one that fitted. Zappos was extremely helpful. They treated my order with respect. They did not charge me additional fees for the back and forth. I am very happy with my final selection. Many thanks to Zappos and the great system that they have for good customer care.

The Reebok Lifestyle Princess is the only athletic show that I wear and have done so for several years. It is comfortable and serviceable for all activities. It is my go to shoe for work and play.

Love these shoes! They don't look all big-soled and they are comfy from the first day that I walked 3 miles! Had them in white and had to come back for black for shopping and standing long times.

I've worn this particular Reebok model for more years than I care to remember, so I was amazed to find it still around -- and very pleased, as well, since the ones I was wearing were pretty decrepit. Fits me perfectly, which is something I can't say for other athletic shoes. Maybe no longer stylish? Not important -- the fit and feel are wonderful!

Mom has been wearing this brand & model for over 20+ years for use as a nurse career. We took the latest size that she has been wearing & ordered it. It was too tight in the length & width. Normally she buys in person, but due to Coronavirus shutting down stores, she tried to order this for the 1st time. She is going to try a half size bigger from 7.5 to 8. She is normally a 7.5 W, but since this doesn't come in WW, she is trying an 8 (needs to anyway, and hope that the side effects are a wider width.) Don't think that the width increase will be substantial. I suspect is that the shoes are now made in a foreign country where the standards are for smaller feet unless they are told to make it in American sizing. This is UNconfirmed. Maybe the wrong label was sewn in?? Waiting for the size 8W to come. Otherwise she is happy with the shoes. Would have rated it higher if it matched the size that it said.

As noted in the lengthy review by LYNND, these are NOT the same shoes they used to be. My pair says the uppers are "man-made leather." I'm not sure just what that is. I bought these to replace an old pair, but the quality of the new pair is noticeably inferior to the old ones. I got the same size, but they feel a bit shorter and a bit narrower than I expected. And my custom orthotics cannot be worn with these. I like the style, but am undecided about keeping them due to the above issues. Reebok needs to do better!

Since my first purchase of the Princess back in the 80's, I've never considered another brand or model for a closed shoe. The combination of its light weight, aesthetic versatility, energizing spring, and amazing comfort right out of the box, made me an instant and loyal fan. I don't know how many pairs I've gone through over the past 30 years, but I can specifically recall five that actually became tread bear. As the wear date once again expired, I was pleasantly surprised to find they were still being sold . Wishing to share the lovely experience, I also ordered a pair for my adult daughter; she finds them comfortable (hence I recommended them). Beyond their appearance, I find no likeness to the ones I'd always appreciated. The supple leather (appears to be leather) of the previous shoes has been replaced with a poor imitation, causing the shoe to feel rigid in comparison; perhaps the reason the upper edges of the shoe are so noticeably felt now. And most disappointing of all, the wonderful energizing spring is non-existent. There is nothing about this new rendition that causes me to want to wear them. Because of their preferable appearance over my old pair, I will periodically put them on to go out, but quickly kick them off in exchange for the comfort of the tried and true pair. It is very unfortunate that the current decision makers at Reebok have chosen to alter the original design and materials of what had been a uniquely superior aerobic shoe.

I bought these shoes for work. I have bought this same style years ago and they had good arch support. They must have changed. Because the arch support was not there. But worse was that I ordered wide because my feet usually swell at work (I stand 11 hours or more). By no stretch of the imagination where these shoes wide. By the end of the day of wearing these shoes I wanted to cry. My feet hurt so badly.

Had an older version of this shoe in leather. These are not leather, but a synthetic material. I will be returning just for that fact alone, especially because they are priced so high despite being plastic.

Love the shoes. So disappointed in the wearable life. I sit at a computer 10 hours a day, don't wear them for any exercising and in six months the soles have split along the bottom. My previous cheapo sneakers lasted a lot longer. Rats.

These very lightweight, low-cut black Reebok athletic shoes in size 7.5W (bought for workout classes), fit snugly (worn with very thin socks), but seemed comfortable enough at first. But after just sitting for a while during a phone call, my feet actually hurt and I couldn't wait to remove the sneakers, but found them hard to unlace. I like the overall style, but the tongue seems to extend much farther up the top of the foot, which, to me, negates the idea of a low-cut shoe. The footbed cushion is removable, and I tried on the shoes without the liners (still wearing the thin socks), but there was no noticeable difference in comfort. I also found that these shoes were difficult to lace up, as there are no eyelets, just holes. These shoes are just too uncomfortable to keep.

So the top critical reviewer is right. I thought I would take a chance, but if I had read the description instead of jumping in to place my order, I would have read that the upper is not real leather and the terry interior is rather thin. I'm going to see if leather is available locally (it's also true - my old ones were made in Cambodia, and the ones I just received were made in Vietnam. If I cannot get leather locally, I guess I'll have to keep these. Makes me very sad! And, for some reason I cannot reduce the number of stars under comfort. I would give it a 2 star because my feet will sweat in these.

I have bought this syle of Reeboks for decades. I thought that the last pair I got were a bit tight, but attributed that to just new shoe fit. Well, they have never stretched at all. They are painful across the toe. Then I went on line to order a white pair, and found the long critical review. What on earth! I got out my painful shoes and had a good look. Yes, the inside is NOT terry cloth. I have no idea if the uppers are leather or not. The toe box is smaller, as I experienced already. It is too late to send them back, as I have worn them outside. I keep going back to my old ones for comfort, but they are wearing out - that's why I purchased new ones, Reebok, hello! So, I am off on a mission to find a nice, light weight sport shoe that is well made, fits, and can be worn on different occasions. The Princess used to fit that bill. I am sincerely shocked that a company would just change how they make a shoe and not tell anyone. It really is false advertising, as the other review states. I am giving the shoe a 1 star, because they are absolutely unwearable. I feel stupid for not recognizing this the moment I got them, instead of thinking they were just needing a breaking in period. Buyers beware!!!

This shoe is now synthetic, the arch support is gone, and the padded insole is, too. Quality control at Reebok has gotten sloppy in order to save some bucks and pull the wool over customers' eyes. Shame on you, Reebok, for churning out such a cheap, poorly constructed shoe after all the years of quality! Booooo! I'm off to check out the Sketchers.

I have been buying this shoe for years. Now Reebok has discontinued this style so was pleased to see Zappos was carrying it. Upon receipt, however, it is not the original Princess style but some sleazy version of it. I was very disappointed.
