Clark Wallabee Boot - I ordered these as a gift for my son who has a job where he is on his feet for 8 hours a day. I did order a half size down after reading what other readers had said. He loves the shoe. The most important thing was how comfortable they were at the end of his work day.

You'll get a kick out of this boot - It has been so long since I last wore a shoe with a sole and heel like this, that at first I felt a bit unbalanced, but by the second wearing I had overcome that problem and just enjoyed the great comfort that this shoe provides. I have nuropathy in both feet so I am constantly on the lookout for really comfortable shoes and these are just great. And the look is timeless.

One of the dopest shoes ever! This shoe is comfortable. Crazy comfortable. The perfect shoe for the winter time. Makes everything you wear look really cool and relaxed.

Wallabee Boots - I have been looking for this type of shoes for a long time. I was surprised when I accidentally found these shoes on Zappos.com. Because Zappos has all the dream shoes I have been looking for. I really like this "Clarks Wallabee". It is very comfortable and feels like I am walking on air. I recommend Zappos for anyyone who is on the go. Thank you Zappos!

I ordered both the Wallabee and the Desert Boot, but found the Wallabee much more comfortable. I did have to return my size 10.5 for a 10, but thanks to Zappos' return policy and overnight shipping it was quick and painless. The shoe is incredibly comfortable when you slip it on. I bought the Beeswax leather, which is a great color/material. In my opinion this boot is kind of ugly, but there's almost a stylishness to the ugliness. I wear it when I want something less chunky than a hiking boot but more casual than a leather-soled wingtip boot. When wearing thin socks, I developed a blister on the outside of my forefoot on the right foot. Examining the boot, you can see and feel where the leather gathers around that area where the lower portion is stitched to the vamp. Wearing boot socks seems to alleviate this issue for the most part. I would suggest that buyers feel for these areas on the inside of their shoes, especially if you've got wider feet.

I have worn Clarks off and on since the 70's. They are a very comfortable shoe. The inner sole lining really helps the feel. The shoes are a good everyday alternative to an athletic shoe, though a little more expensive. The quality of the manufacture is generally very good. I just wish they had been made somewhere else.

As a long time Clarks wearer, I enjoy these shoes. They do run a bit big; I currently have five other pairs of Clarks all size 9, I returned the size 9 of these shoes for 8.5, which fit me. The sole is thick and the shoes do seem just a little unstable, but that is not a concern. They look great and feel good!

I actually bought two pairs of Wally's, one leather and one suede. The suede ones feel dead on, size wise. The leather ones feel a tad bit smaller than the suede ones of the same size. But either way, they are super comfortable.

I was fairly skeptical about these boots when I ordered them, but I have been pleasantly surprised. These are hands down the most comfortable pair of footwear I have ever owned. I went with the Beeswax Leather, and have used them for a good 4 months now. Very durable, fashionable, and very comfortable. Nice job Clarks. Speaking of which, nice job Zappos. Ordered these on Friday, and they were delivered on Tuesday.

The shoes are fine, in size and looks, although pricey. They are not exactly suede as we expected, though, but a kind of mottled leather. A sale would have been very welcome -- especially if we want to buy more. The e-mails from Zappos are adorable, and gave us confidence that should we need to return or exchange the shoes, Zappos would be helpful and cooperative.

These boots feel wide in the heel, and my foot slides around in them quite a bit. The soles are very comfortable. If I ever buy another pair I will buy half a size smaller and test them carefully inside before deciding to keep. Very satisfied with Zappos' service.

This has got to be my favorite shoe. There is absolutely no break in time required as they feel incredible the first time that you put them on. The only drawback is the short life due to the soft materials and narrow sole. The sole is slightly narrower than the rest of the shoe. This combination results in the side of the shoe stretching outward and lapping over the sole. When this happens, the sole eventually wears more on that side resulting in a wedge shaped sole that ends up forcing you to walk on the side of your foot.

I would call them bedroom slippers you can wear out and about. They are very soft and flexible. Great if you normally want to take your shoes off in the office, but can't - you don't have to. That is also the problem with them. The bottoms are fairly flat and do not provide much support. I waited to write this review in order to have a chance at a day with lots of walking. I found they are definitely not made for that. I wear them often, but not when I need to walk a lot and be on my feet all day. They feel well made, so will likely last a long time with this type of easy wear.

Really comfortable shoe - Classic style, real comfort, great arch support. All around good shoe to do anything in. Actually feels wider than the medium width they are marked as. I have wide feet and they fit fine.

Trying out a new look here... Do these look all right? I bought them for work as something in between a sneaker and a boot, so I could be on my feet all day and not have the running sneaker look. They are comfortable and people say they look cool, but I still think they make my feet look goofy. I'm keeping them because they are comfortable and other people like them on me.

Clark Wallabee boots - Wore a pair of these over 25 years ago and they are still the same quality. Excellent shoe at a bargain price.

Comfy - Wear them almost every day because they're just so comfortable.

Great classic - Good shoe, mine came in a little larger than i need.

Very comfortable well made fun shoe. The gum sole picks up an unsightly black soil quickly and the sole wears down with a little fringe on the edge.

I Love This Boot! I had wanted a pair of these for a while. Now that I have them I couldn't be happier. If I had one complaint, it woulc be that in my opinion they size a little long. The width is fine, but I sized down by half a size to begin with, and they still feel a bit long. No big deal, I LOVE them! You should buy some.

Awesome Shoe...Awesome Service - I just recently purchased a pair of Clark's Wallabee boots and am thrilled with what I got. They are the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. I also received my order two days earlier than expected. Definitely will buy shoes through Zappos.com again.

Ankle Rub - Love the shoes a few week in, but initailly rubbed annoyingly in the middle of my ankle. However, once the leather softened a bit, the shoes are great. Love the look -exteremely comforatble

Wallabee's are fantastic for icy conditionsl - I have several comments about the Wallabee Boot (and Shoe also): 1) They are very comfortable-like moccasins. The soft, flexible upper wraps around your foot nicely, the sole is soft and springy, very comfortable. (When they get old, the sole becomes hard, but after walking in them a few minutes, you get used to it, and they become comfortable.) 2)They seem to be sized slightly large. I need to wear thicker socks to make my size 9's fit well. They're loose-fitting with thin socks. 3)The shoe strings don't seem to want to stay tied tightly. I need to re-tie them frequently. 4) The crepe sole is absolutely fantastic on ice. It's the least-slippery sole I've ever found. I use these shoes whenever it's icy. Obviously,you still need to be careful, you can still slip on the ice in these shoes, but these are by far the best I've ever found. It almost seems like I have to try to make them slide on ice. Most of the time they want to grab on and stay put. 5) I prefer the boot over the shoe. I think it wraps around your foot better and feels more comfortable. Also, in snowy/icy weather, the lower cut shoe lets snow in over the top, while the higher topped boot offers more protection and allows them to be used in more inclement weather. 6)The only reason I didn't rate the shoe 5 stars is because I get tired of having to re-tie them frequently.
