Wonder shoes. I went from 180 lbs. to 250 lbs. after discontinuing my usage of tobacco. At that time,I was buying Reebok shoes at the rate of a pair every six weeks. My feet were killing me as a result, no doubt,of my added weight. My local shoe store encouraged me to try a pair if Clarks. I have been wearing them since then and am very happywith them. This model is my latest one and as all of my previous pairs were, proved to be very comfortable. The only place these don't work well is driving my British sports car. I am unable to find a comfortable foot angle while driving my MGB. Would this prevent me from purchasing another pair? Absolutely not as I no longer experience ANY foot pain since wearing Clarks. The negative information given is simply part and parcel of a balanced review.

An Administrator's Dream.
I'm a middle school principal and have been wearing Clarks Air Movers since 1994. Back then, I was looking for a shoe that had comfort and support and, believe me, this shoe is everything they say it is. I'm on my feet from 5 a.m. until late in the evening and my feet feel great at the end of a long day. I enjoy these shoes so much that I own 6 pairs! You can not purchase a better made made walking shoe anywhere for the price. My son is a chef and is on his feet 12 hours a day. I bought him a pair and he swears by them. Clarks Air Movers are the only shoes he wears at the restaurant.

Best damn shoe money can buy!
Like the title says, this is my third pair of Clarks and, by far, these are the greatest. I'm on my feet all day at work and words can not describe how wonderful they feel, like walking on air. My wife who is a hairdresser also swears by Clarks. 'Would select same shoe if cost was twice as much....

A Godsend.
For years I've had problems with my damaged arches and toes. A doctor told me that I should never have been in the service with these kind of feet. In short, my feet suffer.
I've tried all kinds of expensive shoes with little luck. Then, a year ago I happened to buy a pair of Clark's Airmovers. Even a year later, they're wonderful. I forget I have bad feet.
Yes, at first glance they're expensive. On the other hand, all of the nearly-new shoes in my closet that I can't wear are much more expensive. For me, this is an example of the adage: Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.

Stodgy, but like clouds for your feet!
These are, without doubt, the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Even after a full day on your feet, walking, standing -whatever- you'll still feel the incredible support and cushioning of the generously padded soles. The uppers are sturdy, if not terribly fashionable. If your priority is comfort rather than fashion, and you can afford the high price (which is well justified!), then your search it over.

Awesome.
I don't have a pair, but my friend does and I tried them on one time and they were very comfortable. I would buy some but they are way too expensive.

Air comforters.
I bought my first pair about 2 years ago and, from the first day I put them on, they were as comfortable as slippers around the house.
I have been so happy with them, even though they are not cheap. They're the best shoes I have ever had in my life.
I've put them in every kind of situation you could think of, from climbing rocks to wading in water, and they still come out very comfortable and with a little polish they still look great.
I just wish they would go down in price so maybe other people can afford them.
Thank you for a great product.
Sincerely,
Eugene Bratvold

Hard to fit.
The Air Mover is without a doubt the most comfortable shoe I have ever or currently own. The only problem I have is the holes in the soles. I sure would like to find out how to get them repaired or restored. (The soles that is.) The tops or leather looks like brand new.

Great shoe-
These shoes wear like iron!! I have 2 different size feet and these are the only shoe I have ever worn that I do not run over on the small foot. The only criticism I might offer is the upper eyelets seem to cut the laces fairly quickly. Also the laces are not standard size. I live 50 miles from the shoe store that carries your product. This is a hassle when a shoe string breaks. Without a doubt these are the finest shoes I have ever owned. Thank you for your product. This is the first time I have ever offered an evaluation. I feel that strongly about your shoe.

Concerned re : quality -
The middle of the sole at the ball of the foot split acrossed the entire shoe. Other than that they are great shoes. Would like to get another pair but I am concerned re : the quality of sole. Please advise. Thanks

Size Matters -
I find this shoe to be the best shoe on the market. However the lack of choice in widths is a draw back. People with Diabetis and a wide foot should not buy this shoe. Before I had Diabetis I could suffer a few blisters while I streched the width out. I am on my feet 12-15 hours a day and once they were broken in they were the most comfortable shoes in the world. The last pair I bought almost cost me my feet. The blisters I got from the shoes being too narrow did not heal and the feet became infected. It was more expensive to fix my feet than all the Clarks I have owned for the past 30 years but I would still recommend them to anyone that does not have diabetis.

Too small?
I had been wearing this style for years, with a perfect fit. They're not perfect any more (did my left foot grow?). I would say they are a shade smaller...but still wearable for 1/2 day.

I really like my Air Movers, but wish they were offered in Wide. Extremely comfortable to wear, like walking on marshmallows. Only thing more comfortable are my Ecco Trackers.

Very soft shoes -
I own all types of shoes. This shoe has the sofest feel of any shoe I own. At times too soft.
Feels like walking on air. When doing a lot of walking you might consider a stiffer feel. This shoe is very comfortable and a pleasure to wear during work.

Favorite air mover -
It was our favorite brand, my husband wore 1st pair for 8 years, this one is made overseas, more expensive and narrow and uncomfortable. It is not worth spending this much for shoes that are so uncomfortable. Thanks to all customers who advised not to buy it. They are right; do not buy it, if you need really good shoes.

Not the same quality -
The new Airmovers are narrower, feel funny, and don't fit as well. I tried on several pairs, but none fit right. Disappointing because I've been wearing these shoes for years and have been impressed by the quality and comfort. The new shoes are a different shoe. I won't be buying these again until the original shoe is brought back.

These used to be good shoes -
I have been wearing this style for many years, I needed a pair about 9 months ago and bought my 3rd pair. They are not the same quality as when they were made in England or Portugal they feel too stiff as if the material isn't as natural.
They are made in China now and the quality isn't there anymore, but they are priced as high as they used to be - no savings with the cheaper labor - a pity.
I will not buy anymore Clarks and will be buying Ecco or SAS....

Clarks' Air Mover -
I have been wearing Clarks for 20 years, since I discovered them on a trip to London. I am on my feet all day long, and have been convinced for a long time that these Air Movers are the best shoes around. But these new shoes I bought from you are different. Although they look the same, they are clearly narrower, and hurt my feet.

Long time user.
These shoes have changed. They are more narrow than the last time I bought them. The only thing I can see that is different is that they are made in China. Still very expensive. If they are saving money by making them there, they should let you know about the size change. I've been buying these for 20 years, and had a real problem finding them. Need to find a new work shoe.

A Great Shoe that Didn't Work for Me -
I like this shoe very much but unfortunately it didn't work for me. The 13 was too big and the 12 was too small. And I think perhaps the curved, relatively inflexible sole gave me some heel pain with my high arches. But they are extremely well-made and might work well for others who might be easier to fit.

Like a glove...
These are unbelievably comfortable and I love them. I had to buy another pair after about six years of abuse and the second pair barely made the year before the stiching went out. So it's a great fitting shoe, but I wish you luck that you get some like the first pair I had. Expected alot more out of the shoe.

12 years with clarks.
Bought my first pair in Saudi Arabia in early 90's, the shoes were made in Portugal and they were comfortable and wore very well. In fact I still have that pair and use them for yard work. My current pair was sent back to the company for a defect and was replace with no problems. The problem is the new shoes that are made in China are not made as well as they used to be. My current pair has torn apart between the sole and body of the shoe.
