I am planning to purchase from this store for a long time, delivery time was better than expected and my shoes were package with care. After I purchase my Clarks shoes I saw it on another site for less and inform customer service and without any hesitation I was refunded the difference in price within two days. I cannot say enough about this store if you are hesitant in purchasing from this store I can tell you don't because you won't regret the shopping experience.

Greaaaat! This is my second pair of the Clark's Natureveldts and the first pair I purchased thru Zappos. First, as to the shoes, they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I have the dark brown and the tan. Both are great. As to Zappos, I couldn't be more pleased. Free shipping; my order was shipped on the day I ordered; and I received the shoes 2 days after I ordered. Really great service. I'll be buying more shoes from Zappos in the future.

My Good Ole Clarks - Fanatastic. I have been wearing this shoe for nearly 20 years and it's only my 4th pair

Standing, strolling but Not for walking, at least on my feet - Based on the glowing reviews here and turning back other tries, I purchased these for travel and walking, a lot, when traveling. They are well made, look good and were terrible on a long walk. My ankles hurt, my legs were tired and I was getting a blister on the ball of my foot. The sole seems rigid and hard when walking. I think these would be fine for every day wear, long term provided one did not have to walk a lot. I found a great replacement shoe for $40 from Skecher.

These are great because I'm on my feet all day and need something comfortable and professional looking.

Shoe strings - I love these shoes, however, the shoe strings do not last very long. In fact, I need to know where I can order some new Black and Brown shoe strings.

Not to be found? Found on Zappos.com - About 8 years ago I bought this exact pair of shoes in brown. I loved them immediately because they felt 'broken in' the first time I wore them. I looked everywhere for the same shoe in black, but was told repeatedly they weren't made in black. I bought a similar shoe and wore it about 4 years. When it was time for another pair of black shoes I searched again and was told 'Clark doesn't make these in black'. After a brief Internet search I found that Clark indeed makes this shoe in black. My brown shoes are still going strong and I expect to wear these shoes for many years to come. Oh, and I ordered these shoes on a Saturday and was amazed when they were on my doorstep on Monday!

Clark's For Comfort - These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. I love Clark's shoes. They still seem well made, even though I am disappointed that they are now made in China. Time will tell if they retain the famous British quality of the past. Their "funky" look will be an aquired taste for some, but they fit my taste, and remind me of college days in the 70's. Don't hesitate to give them a try. Thanks Zappos for such quick service.

Wore these on the Great Wall of China - I had to go to China for business and wore just this shoe with a casual suit plus used them for touring around in order to pack light. They were a great all around shoe. I wore them to climb the Great Wall of China and was the only one in my group NOT slipping on the wet steps!! Others wore Nikes or other climbing shoes. Wore them for two weeks with no problem. Great investment.

Clarks shoes are excellent! For 21 years I have been an extremely satisfied user of this type of Clarks shoe. Since I was not able easily to purchase the shoes in a local store, I was delighted to learn I could purchase them through Zappos. The ordering process, delivery, and now use of the shoes went perfectly. I am delighted to be breaking these in, replacing their predecessors of about 11 years (with a resole during that time). I am extremely satisfied.

Happy Feet - I was having problems with my heels and the doctor told me to get a pair of Clarks shoes and I did. I choose this shoe and I'm on my 3rd pair. I have worn these shoes for 1 1/2 years and they are still good. I am going to get another pair to offset the use. I would highly recommend these shoes if you want comfort, helps your legs, and lower back.

Clark's Natureveldt - Hello: The delivery was quick. I was pleased. My husband has worn the same kind of shoes for years. We can't always find them in stores. I order 2 pairs from Zappos. My husband has said the shoes are like they were made for him. No breaking time. Loretta Edwards

Great shoes - This is my fouth pair of Natureveldts. They wear like iron are comfortable from the first time you put them on.

Great shoes and great service - I have been wearing Clarks shoes for 30 years, and have not been able to find another shoe that can compare for comfort and durability. This is my sixth pair of Natureveldt shoes, I have tried other brands and styles, but keep coming back to them as nothing else seems to fit my feet as well as this shoe. My last pair of Natureveldt shoes had to be replaced because the sole split, but this was after 8 years of wonderful service. I am very impressed with the quality of service from Zappos. This was my first purchase, and I expected delivery of the shoes in around 7 days, they arrived in 2 days! I will have no hesitation in making further purchases from Zappos in the future, and recommend them to everyone.

Love the shoe but - Give me the old materials back - Have worn nothing but this shoe for 12 years. Very comfortable/durable shoe. But prefer the light brown in what I would describe as swede outside material. Have purchased others since the one I describe was discontinued. SORRY! Not as comfortable. Can not change. Would ask you to reconsider making the shoe in this type material again.

Comfort for the long haul - Bought my first pair in a Japanese department store and thought I was paying lots more than they could possibly be worth, but I really needed something comfortable and able to stand up to heavy use. The shoes have more than paid me back with comfort. Wish they did not look so geeky.

13 years & two resoles later... I have bought and worn over 500 pairs of shoes. These are by far the most comfortable, best smelling, longest lasting, & most durable pair of shoes I have ever had the pleasure of wearing. With one exception, my 2nd pair! Validates and reaffirms the old saying, 'you get what you pay for!'

Give us back the old sole! I'd say it is the best shoe in the world, if only some 5 (8?) Clarks did not decide to give it a new sole. Why on Earth? The old one was so much better!

Squeak like a scared mouse - This is a great shoe, except for a slightly geeky look. Maximum comfort, low maintenance. BUT...they squeak with every step. I called Clarks and it turns out that the removable insoles rub against the bottom layer to squeak, squeak, squeak. They suggested talcum powder. That works fine, but has to be replinished every few weeks. Paraffin wax works well too. I checked my previous pair, which never squeaked at all, and they do not have removable insoles. So it seems there is a design problem with the new insoles. Nevertheless, I suggest you dump in some powder and stride away. Your feet will be delighted.
