These mocs are amazing! I expect a lot out of a pair of soft soles. Soft and ready to wear right out of the box. Though most people will end up using these as slippers around the house, they can put up with much much more. I have a pair that I wear on a day to day basis for walking in the city, as well as a pair I use for day hikes. The sole of the hiking pair wore out a bit quicker but were easily repaired with a climbing shoe resole kit. I would recommend these for anyone who wishes they could walk around barefoot all day, but wouldn't mind a little cushion and protection.

I ordered these for my brother, who normally wears a 10.5 narrow. The 10.5 were too short, as was the 11. Third time was the charm as the 11.5 fit him perfectly, and he loves them for around the house. I would suggest sizing up.

Just a brief review here. This is my first pair of moccasins; I selected them based on prior reviews at Zappos.com. I was not disappointed - they are a fantastically comfortable pair of casual-about-the-house shoes.

A magical match for father-in-law - Ten years ago my now 83yr old father-in-law bought a pair of soft soled moccasins in Anchorage, and -even though we now live overseas!- hoped we could use our connections in Alaska to get him another pair, as his had worn out! We took a stab at these, knowing they could easily be returned if the size was not right. He says they are PERFECT, and believe me, he is a hard-to-please guy. Bravo, Minnetonka.

Almost Barefoot - This is my third pair of these shoes. I never have to break them in. They always slip on and fit perfectly. The first time I bought these I worried that the soles would wear out because they were just plain leather. That just didn't happen. I don't go out of my way to wear them where I have to walk on pavement, but the few times I did, the soles did not show any wear. Best of all, because they have no sole it is almost like being barefoot.

End of My Search - I have been looking for slippers that would stay on my 76 year old father’s feet for about a year. He walks on the inside of his right foot and slippers will not stay on! This shoe is my answer! He loves them. The fit was perfect. He likes to go outside to sit occasionally and this is the perfect sole for indoors and out. And of course Zappos had them to us in 2 days! My Dad never understood my love of Zappos ....till now.

My husband is extremely pleased with the look, comfort and feel of these slippers.

Great pair of slippers - I was looking for a well-constructed pair of moccasins/slippers. These are good quality at a reasonable price. They are comfortable and seem to be well made - only time will tell, however. They look fine, but I'm not sure I like the two-tone look.

Wonderful! I gave these moccasins to my husband for a gift and he loved them. He had the regular leather soft soles before...but he said these moose hide moccasins were comfortable the minute he put them on. It's worth the extra for the moose hide.

Stylish, comfortable, quality - I bought these for my boyfriend and he loves them. They were comfortable the moment he tried them on and a few days later he told me they were perfectly conformed to his feet. At first I was disappointed that they weren't lined with fleece, but that turned out to be a big plus, since that would have made them way too warm for his feet. Expensive slippers but definitely worth it, they are very well made. I also liked the information Minnetonka included that explained the origins of the leather they use, it comes from moose that have been used for food, not raised specifically for leather.

These are the ones! I've been actively searching for over a year for slippers for my fiancee (to replace his old grungy ones.) After buying/returning several other cheaper pairs, I found these. He is VERY picky, and he loves them! He says they are warm (our house is really cold) and comfortable. I think they look elegant and classic. It is so hard to find well-made products these days, but these seem to be made with love and care. I want a pair for myself!

These Mocs ROCK! These Minnetonka Double Bottom mocs are my husband's favorite moccasins! In our 15 years of marriage, he has been through 5 pairs and has worn them until they are falling off his feet. Even then, he won't throw them out, he just uses an old pair in the garage and another old pair in the yard etc.. saving his new one's for the house. These mocs are not so easy to find so I was thrilled to find them on Zappos.com and my online experience was wonderful! Fast service, great communication, shipping notification, fair prices, beautiful products. What more could you want? I will certainly continue to shop with Zappos.com in the future!

So comfortable - It is great, isolate the cold and hot. Fit very soft and the best is that can be wear as street shoe due it double sole. I have this since three ago and the sole is in very good shape, and I use almost every day.

Great Moccasin - These are extremely comfortable and fit perfectly.

Home Comfort for Men & Women - These are the best and NOT just for men! I bought these 5 years ago for a friend. She really wanted mocs to wear as slippers around the house but couldn't find any locally...She absolutely loved them and wears them everyday as house shoes. With all of the ranting and raving she did about them, I decided to get myself a pair. They're one of the best investments I've made. They're durable, soft and SUPER comfortable. My feet can't wait to get home from work at night and love to stay in them all weekend long. I've had mine for about 4 years and they’re still in great shape. I now often buy them as gifts for men & women and receive rave reviews! Even though they're considered men’s I think, anyone can wear them. I wouldn’t call them the most fashionable, but who cares when you’re at home! I wear a size 8 ½ in women’s so the men’s 7 fits great. They'll form to your feet as if they were made just for you!

The Best Moccasin Ever! Quality, workmanship, feel, look is the best! I had desperately gone to one mall after another and not found "the Moccasion" that my husband wanted. The optimum being Softsole. I found what I needed in less than 15 minutes. Ordered and delivered before Christmas. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I called and Customer Service sent me a large pair while I mailed back the original pair with no Credit/Debit charge card hassle.

Santa brought these to my husband. They are perfect. Soft and quite comfortable.

A good gift - the moccasins were a gift for my husband and he is very please with them.

This product is well made with a proper and comfortable fit. The minimal structure took a little getting used to but, ultimately, that's what makes them great house slippers.

Love them. Use them for house slippers. I can walk around all over the house silently and not disturb anyone at 5 am. I can see why the Indians could sneak up on people so well.

Very comfortable, however, they soak through easily if you walk on wet ground. Also, the shoe has no arch support, at all. Fine for carpet/soft surface, not on cobble pathway for sure.

Soft, comfortable right out of the box. Would not recommend wearing outdoors. Could be a little wider. Sides could be a little higher.
