This is my first experience with Propet shoes but it will not be my last. I needed a shoe to deal with back and hip problems. This walker provides excellent support and seems lighter than my athletic shoes.

This is the first time I have ordered the name Propet shoe. I ordered because of the extra wide 2x size. This shoe is true to wide size. It is of soft leather and easy to wipe clean. Very comfortable. The shoe bends as I walk. Great shoe. I will buy another shoe just like this one, for sure! Jean 72 yr. old avid walker.

After seeing so many positive reviews, I expected to love these. They are very lightweight and true to size and width and the price is better than many comparison models. Unfortunately, there is little arch or mid-foot support and my toes feel slightly compressed, although I'm not sure why...they seem to have wiggle room. Not terrible, but not good.

I have NEVER reviewed anything on-line, but I have to say this shoe is the most comfortable walking shoe (from the time I first put them on) and I have tried many, that I just had to let others know. I have difficult feet to fit & these are wonderful!!

I like these shoes. They are comfortable enough to walk a couple of miles in but dressy enough that they don't look like typical sporty walking shoes. Highly recommended.

These were purchased for an elderly lady with arthritic feet who had to wear house slippers 24/7. She loves the soft upper material and cushy insole plus the true wide width is easy on her poor sore feet. She can now go out and about without the slippers. Kudos for this shoe.

FINALLY! I searched high and low for a comfortable shoe that I could wear at work that wasn't too obviously a sneaker. This is it! This is finally the shoe that is incredibly comfortable and somewhat stylish. I bought another pair right away as a back up. I use custom orthodics so went up half a size to accommodate them and the fir is perfect. I need a roomier toe box and this shoe has it even though looking at them you wouldn't think so. I haven;t washed them yet but that's an added bonus. Great shoe and Zappos is a great company to shop from.

I am not a diabetic and a few years shy of Medicare but I bought these shoes for walking after breaking my left foot. Due to another major surgery I had they could not repair the foot and it healed poorly and deformed. My right foot is still small so this poses a real problem. I ordered these in a half size larger and also got the wide and couldn't be happier. The fit is excellent and incredibly comfortable. I like the ability to wash and know these will be favorites. I spend winters down south but the rest of the year living in the city on the easy coast. Walking is a major part of my life and I am thankful to find a shoe that gives me that ability again. Highly recommend!

I was "fitted" for a pair of walking shoes at a local store. The shoes I bought fit o.k. but they were big and bulky. I fell down the stairs twice because of their bulkiness. I've been looking for a pair of light weight every day shoe for a long time. I love Merrill and bought them from Zippos they were not wide enough so I returned them. I looked through the web site and found these. I was not optimistic since no shoes fits me well. I wear sandals as long as I can My foot is wide but a little more narrow at the heel. I've had these since Oct. love them. They are comfortable, wide enough, and light weight. No falls. I just purchased the same shoe in black.

Bought these for my 82 year old aunt who needs an unusual size (5 1/2 wide), which is almost impossible to find in moderately priced walking shoes. She found these to be very comfortable with good support and stability.

This shoe is so comfortable. I feel like I'm walking on air. In the cold weather they keep my feet warm. I love this shoe.

I had been looking for a replacement for a 10 year old pair of Reebok Princess leather shoes since they are no longer available in leather, I had tried several other brands including some I had to return to Zappos. Although I am not diabetic, I decided to try this shoe. It is very comfortable and did not require a " breaking in period" as some do. I plan to order a pair in white when winter ends.

I am very happy with my shoes. They fit well and are extremely comfortable. I wear 9 1/2n and have a hard time finding a good fit. They are not pretty but, at my age, comfort is king!

Love these shoes. I've bought 4 pair of Propet shoes from Zappos in the past 4 years. Love them. Zappos service can't be beat. Very fast delivery.

I had to return my original order because the shoe was a little short. When I reordered a 1/2 size larger, it was a perfect fit and comfortable from the moment I put it on.

We bought these for my 93 year old mother in law whose feet were showing signs of disfigurement from arthritis. We bought them her regular size, but wide to accommodate her feet. She loves them and wears them everyday. We had tried several other brands and we had to return them, and ZAPPOS was fabulous with their service!

I don't normally write reviews but made an exception for these shoes. I have a problem with my heel that is called Haglunds Deformity which results in pain when a shoe rubs on the back of my foot. I probably tried 20 different brands (due to Zappos wonderful return policy) and this is the only shoe that works for me. Just returned from a trip to Hawaii and did a lot of walking with almost no pain. Also gives support even though it is very lightweight. Love this shoe!

I wear these sneakers for work and they are light, supportive and extremely comfortable. I reside in the southern part of the US and it is always warm here, if not hot and these shoes are the best.

After foot surgery I had a hard time finding a wide and comfortable shoe that would fit my orthotics. They are very comfortable. I also ordered them in black. They are a nice looking shoe and not clunky like some other tennis shoes. Thank you.

Because I have a repaired broken hip, these shoes are very comfortable. Being washable seems to make them more flexible which is great.

I have serious foot problems and must wear supports and special pads in my shoes. These are the first footwear in three years that will hold these things and now I can walk comfortably again. Thank you Propet and thank you Zappos for helping me find these shoes

I ordered this shoe for my 94 year old mother who has very narrow feet. They fit perfectly and do not slip in the heel. The look is up-to-date, nice lines, not chunky. They have good support. I plan to order a pair for myself for walking.

I got these for my 90-year old mom. She immediately wore them to dinner. She liked the "sporty" look of these better than the Easy Spirits I also got her--but she's keeping both. The 9 AA's are very light and not as clunky as regular sneakers. These are a great compromise between an athletic shoe and an oxford. They look better in person than in the photos. The leather is a fairly shiny material. I'd get myself some if they came in 12 AA.

This is the second pair of Propet Washable Walkers I have bought. I love them! I hope they never stop making them, because I have never found a more suitable shoe. They fit perfectly, are very lightweight, wear well, and can be worn all day. They are so comfortable! Plus they come in 10 1/2 wide, which is nearly impossible to find.
