These sneakers run wider than normal. They slip in the heel, and my knees and hips hurt when I wear them.

I have had these shoes multiple times, they are super comfortable, they match with any outfit, and perfect to skate in. Zappos is by far the best place to order shoes. Longest I have ever waited has been three days.

Little cushioning, didn't accommodate orthotics - This shoe felt very stiff on my feet, with little cushioning apparent. When I replaced the insole with my custom orthotic, plus cushioned insole, the heel slipped with every step and no adjustment of the laces could fix that. They are on their way back to Zappos now.

My 1st cute orthopedic sneakers - I would love them except they are made so wide :( They are very nice looking. I have a very wide foot and got the regular width but they are extremely wide. Maybe I needed to size down but too late as I wore them. Definitely buy these if you need a good walking sneaker but test for size.

Were mine irregular? They were a full size too short. I normally wear a 10 or 10.5 and my mother normally wears a 9.5. I purchased the stability walker in 10.5 gray and was surprised, especially based on the "true to size" reviews here, that the shoes were too short for my feet. I gave them to my mother, who normally wears a full size smaller and they fit her perfectly.

Nice look; stiff leather; poor arch - These shoes were purchased because of the good arch support. I am seeing and feeling it to be non-existent. I am waiting to see if my custom orthotics will fit in them because they are attractive and light weight. I was also disappointed with the leather. It is stiff and of mediocre quality.

Over rated - I ordered this shoe based on the rave reviews on the website but was disappointed. The shoe felt a little awkward. I have flat feet and over pronate and need a stable heel and arch support. The heel on these did not feel good at all and the arch support was not great. I still think my New Balance 811 shoes are much better, much more stable. Oh well.

Its stable, to put it mildly! These feel like a man's shoe - they are very stiff and unbending. They fit, and I am trying to break them in, but I may be sorry that I got them. It feels like walking with my feet in shoe boxes. On the plus side: I got these the day after ordering and am very impressed with Zappos, AND I found my size, 11 1/2 W, which is amazing.

Not Impressed - After comparing several different brands and styles and speaking with health care professionals I finally decided on the Propet Stability Walker and was very disappointed. I need a good arch support and this is not it. This shoe would be good if you have custom supports to insert.

Disappointed! I ordered the wide width and it felt comfortable at first. But after I wore it a few times my toes felt squished. The wide part of the shoe is definitely not in the toe area. I would not buy this brand again.

Kinda Stiff for a Walker - I like the look of this shoe very much, but am disappointed at its lack of flexibility on the foot. I had hoped for more of an athletic shoe feel, but in a brown or green color. I normally buy men's 8.5 or 9, but purchased this in a woman's 11 since I have a narrow foot. The fit is pretty good, perhaps just a tad small in length.

I ordered several pair of shoes to choose from, but returned the Propét Stability Walker. They had high sides which hit my outer ankles. The toe was too narrow, yet they were wide across the ball of foot area - which made them appear clunky. Not a good fit for me!

Shoe Disappointment - I first want to praise you on the exceptional speed of delivery. I was very impressed. As to the Propét Stability Walker, they brutalized my feet, literally. I developed blisters on my heels and sides of the feet. I also got cut on the ankle bone of my right foot. These shoes make the socks ride down the foot, thus causing friction. I had to postpone my daily walking for two days because of the injuries caused by the initial outing (my other shoes and sneakers were of no relief). As of today, when I walk with Propét, the left shoe is now comfortable, but the right one needs some sort of padding to protect the cut, which is right on the ankle bone. I don't mean to sound sour, but you asked for my input and I appreciate your follow-up. I really don't purchase a lot of shoes, clothing and the sort on line because I like to try things on to check for fit, etc., however, I gave it a shot. I know you are not the manufacturer of the product, but perhaps if you pass my comments on to the company at hand it may be have some help in the future design of this walker. Not as happy as I have been - Having worn Propéts for years, and this same shoe, I am very disappointed that this pair is not nearly as comfortable as the last several I have owned. They have a funny squeak when I walk, and my heels burn after a day of wearing them. I will continue to break them in, but may need to purchase something different very soon if they don't get better.

I have not worn them as much as I would like to have. I have had the shoe for almost a month and have only worn them twice. I have edema in both feet with the left foot being the worse. The shoe feels fine when I first put them on. But, the longer the wear, the more fiction I feel on past damaged corn, bunion and callous areas. The shoe is very cute--But, I wish I could wear them longer than a couple of hours.

3 Stars - “Sturdy,” but these shoes were hard and STIFF! I'll wear them, though.

Don’t judge by its cover - I ordered the shoe for its price and appearance. I'm a courier, on my feet all the time. Both heels tend to slip in this shoe plus the bottom of one of my heels became quite uncomfortable. I ended up buying non-slip backings for the inside of the shoe.

Much wider than expected - I ordered the size I always wear, 8N. These shoes slip up and down my heel. Way too wide. They have to go back.

Good work shoe - I got this shoe to wear to work. It fits the bill. It is not the prettiest shoe in the world but it feels good and does work well with inserts.

Just purchased this shoe and wear it to work where I mostly sit. This weekend, however, it was put to the test. I have "old waitress feet," and this did not make it with them. They are not wide enough and the heel is too loose. I've loosened the laces (not much to do about the heel), and that still did not work. Darn!!

Good for Narrow Feet! These particular Propet Walkers are rather hard. I hope they soften up with wear. I have worn the washable walker for years and these run smaller than the washable ones by 1/2 a size. The stability walker does have a good foot base for walking. I have a very narrow foot and these are just right for my "no instep." Thank you Zappos for your site as narrow shoes are hard to fine. I order all my shoes from you now.

These shoes hurt my baby toe. There's a seam inside the shoe right where my baby toe rests. They felt tight across the top too. I have a very rare 5WW shoe size and very short toes. I usually buy shoes that have a rounded toe as my toes are almost all the same size. I also have an unusually high instep. I find very few shoes that fit properly leaving me with very few choices.

Propet Stability Walker- The shoes are great for about 2 months, and then they are worn out and I have to buy another pair!!! The support and cushion are gone. My feet begin to hurt more. So I buy another pair and my feet feel better again. So if you are on your feet a lot, they do not last long.

Very comfortable but can't go the distance! I can honestly say, for a person that has wide feet, this one of the most comfortable pair of shoes that I have ever worn! I was very disappointed however on the lasting quality of the shoe. The inside liner wore away completely in 6 months time. The inside plastic supports are showing. Very disappointing!
