The shoes are great. Bought them more for ankle support and I haven't had to wear an ankle brace in over a month. My job is removing the chairs so we have to stand and these shoes keep away the pain longer than any other shoe I ever had. I'm buying another pair or 2 as soon as I can.

My husband found these boots too narrow for him. He has other Propet shoes that fit well but in this case the 5E weren't generous. Other than that it would seem like a terrific boot.

Ordered these shoes; took two days to get them. Oops, wrong size. Sent them back and received the new pair within five days. Right size, right fit and I have really wide and high instep. This pair will be my fourth pair and I won't buy anywhere else.

Hubby thinks they're fantastic! I bought these for my husband who wears a hard to find 14 3E. After trying a few places and returning a few pairs of shoes, he's wearing these every day and loving them. He says they're breathable, plenty wide enough and very comfortable.

Good Boot for Walking - Comfortable right out of the box. I went with one size wider for I'm on my feet eight hours, five days a week and wanted a little more breathing room. Boot comes with a thin removable cushion which I took out and don't seem to need. Bought them about two months ago and so far so good!

Propét Camp Walker - After trying the boot on and walking around the house I can say that this is a comfortable boot. There is no break in period and the comfort seems quite nice. I will still have to try to boot in more normal outdoor walking and working situations but with a limited use I can recommend the boot.

Great Shoe! I've only had mine a couple of weeks, but really like them so far. No "break in" required. They do run a bit big-I wear a 4E in New Balance, but the 3E Propet is just fine. Not the best shoe for warm weather, but not uncomfortably warm. Excellent ankle support. I plan to order a couple more pairs.

Looks great feels great - I typed in yahoo search for a black size 16 EEE water proof boot and this is what came up so I ordered a pair. I love them. I ride my Honda 650 rincon with them thru a lot of creeks. I also just wear them around on caution if walking on tile floor that's very slick. Wish they were a few inches taller but I love them anyhow! JERRY IN KENTUCKY

Getting use to - Firtunately before purchasing I perused the other reviews in order to choose the width. When the gentlemen I was reading spoke of the snugness of a certain width I immediately went to the next width. I was glad I did. It was, for a little while, snug even with the 'warning', but after walking them out, and I do a lot of walking on hilly terrain, they fit perfectly now. How I long for a city with normal, regular sidewalks. But at least the Walkers support me pretty well. I'm very satisfied.

Hard-to-fit-feet - These boots are very comfortable. Even though the size is 5E instead of 4E, they fit just fine. They look nice too, I am a happy customer.

WAS HURTIN FOR THE RIGHT PAIR OF BOOTS... Have to tell everyone I see about these boots. I detail cars all day and, let me tell everyone who reads this, WOW! GREAT BOOT! I go from walking on rocks, blacktop, shop floors -never a problem. I WILL BE TAKING THEM UP ON THE OFFER OF THE "1000" MILE GUARANTEE.

Excellent Walking Shoe - Wear these shoes everyday, all day long and you won't get tired. An excellent all weather shoe.

******Propet's Camp Walker******* I was really surprised by this boot! I thought the Propet would be of low quality (not sure why), but boy was I wrong! I beat the crap out of these and they are still ticking. They are really wide (I am usually a 13 6E, but the 12 5E fits). The boot looks great, feels great, and lasted almost 3 yrs of wearing all the time. The only thing about it that I don't like is THAT IT IS WICKED SLIPPERY WHEN WET (I have had several near death experiences on wet tile). But overall a really great shoe; just be careful ;-)!

Great features but hot on your feet - Great features, well padded toungue, right below the speed lace hooks is a lace locker so the bottom laces don't loosen while you tuck in the tongue and tie the laces. Good fit and they wear well for over a year now. My only complaint is that the liner which makes them waterproof also makes them sweatproof and insulates your feet. On the coldest winter walks, my feet feel HOT, even though I'm cold everywhere else. I'm going to buy them again for the fit though.

A shoe that once broken in fits like a glove... I wear an 11 1/2 EEE which is a difficult size to find at times. Ever since I started buying Propet, I've been able to usually find a shoe manufactured by them in my size. Anyway, initially, the shoe was difficult to put on, but the leather quickly stretched enough after a few wearings to get that good fit. I'm not crazy about the half fabric/half leather look (I would have preferred an all leather design) but the price would have probably been higher for an all-leather shoe that is made this well and comes up above the ankle for really great support.

Propet camp Walker Hi-tops - I really love my Camp Walkers. They're the first shoes in this style I've found that fit good & are comfortable all day. The only problem I see is the liners are wearing out on the sides of the heel. I don't think the liners are going to last a 1,000 miles.

Ranger - I have truly wide feet and the width is good on these. These are NOT waterproof, however. I walked through wet grass and my feet were soaked! Also soles are very thin and need to be stiffer.

Ordered 8.5 EEE, too narrow - My husband did not have a chance to try them out, they felt like a size 9 or 9.5 even though they are marked 8 1/2. and it was not a wide with of EEE. My husband knows his width size and this was not it.

These are fantastic boots! I bought these for my husband and he wears a wide shoe. The width is very accurate. I bought a size bigger and I should have bought his size. Overall great boots. They are very light and sturdy.

My husband's feet are terrifying. I call them hobbit feet. His normal size is hard enough to find but he also has chronic edema in both feet so they are really huge. Every time he needs new shoes I contemplate divorce, suicide, or running away. I heard about Zappos and figured lets try them out and life is beautiful! Not only do they carry his size but due to the edema we had to send back the first pair, which was so easy, and go half a size up which concerned me as I was afraid he would develop issues with too much extra toe space. That was not the case. The shoes are perfect! I have decided to keep the husband and the shoes!

I was skeptical while ordering these, but they really are quite comfortable. I've had them for about a week. I put my own insoles in, and have worn them 12 to 15 hours a day. No problems.
