I purchased these for my brother with Parkinson's and has gait issues. These shoes provided the additional support that he needed.

I have been buying HOKA shoes for a few years and have discovered that they are no longer making the style that I prefer. Finally I dove deep into Zappos and found this shoe which closely resembles the HOKA brand and has many of the features I'm looking for. As I wear these as my every day shoe, I'm not looking for a running shoe but a shoe that will look good, give good support and structure and will stand up to daily use. So far (after 3 days of wearing them...) they pass with flying colors on both support and structure. I'll have to wait to se how they hold up over time. And...I'm anxious to see if they qualify for reimbursement from Medicare.

I've always had problems buying shoes because I need wide width. A friend of mine told me about Prophet a few years back and this is my 5th pairs. Excellent for general everyday walking and those brisk walks.

The shoes seem to be pretty much a true size and width. They aren't super cushy so they do take a little getting use to after wearing your previous old worn out shoes that were all broken in. They do seem to have good support.

I am a mail carrier who walks 13 miles a day. I could not find a walking shoe that did not wear out or hurt my feet. I tried these shoes as a last choice as the price was not what I considered a quality pair that would last. This shoe is my favorite shoe ever!!!! Provides enough support and has lasted three times longer than any other pair I have ever bought. I no longer worry about my feet while at work as they are truly a savior out on the route.

My husband has a very wide and SHORT foot with a high arch. Not going to find many shoes that will provide fit and comfort at the average retail spot. These shoes were perfect from the box. Wide enough, found them in his 8.5 size and he was pretty happy. This she is very well made and worth every cent.

My husband has a hard foot to fit - 11.5 5E. He wears orthotics and he likes these shoes a lot.

I have been having the hardest time finding nice looking casual shoes in a width that does not crush the base of my toes, while providing adequate arch support. I typically walk and run about five miles each day, while doing agility training with my dog. Every pair of shoes that I have bought in the last year has made my feet terribly sore, but these... I do not ever want to take them off! Combine that with the value and service you get from Zappos, and I am a very happy man right now, literally from head to toe! These are great shoes!

I saw these good looking shoes and thought my husband would like it because it was white. I then read the stats on this shoe and thought it perfect for my husband because it came in a narrow width. When they arrived, he loved the look and the perfect fit. He also loves the comfort he receives from them.

I bought these for my husband who has Fred Flintstone feet, hard to fit and please him at the same time. These are great and even though very wide, they do not appear oversized. He loves them.

Third time charm - My husband said he'd give the shoe a 4 on comfort and a 3 on style. His wide, shorter-size feet are extremely hard to fit and the Walkers aren't "perfect" ~ but he could wear this shoe from the get-go. Zappos efficiently and gracefully handled two returns on other tennis shoes before we found this shoe. Now that we know about Zappos we will use it when it's time to buy shoes.

Great shoe - Feel wide; very good for big people. Wide sole offers great support. I feel like I’m walking on cloud. Great cushioning for feet.

Great walking shoes. These Propet Stability Walking shoes are extremely comfortable. I walk five miles daily with them and have no problem with my feet. Zappos customer service is second to none. This is the fourth pair of shoes I purchased in eight months and each time I got them the next day.

Awesome! These shoes are a great find for people with wide feet. Once being fitted for the right size, I just order new ones when needed. I wouldn't even think of getting a different kind.
