Nice shoe but was narrower than expected. Have worn these in the past but this pair was to uncomfortable

A good supporting lightweight shoe. The width was just slightly too narrow in the arch area and base of the laces area. The toe area width is okay. For me the main gripe is that the shoe seems wide enough, but there is just not enough material in the upper at the base of the laces. So no matter how loose you do the laces the shoe is tight there. But its not in the width of the sole, the tightness is in the height of the upper.

This brand is new to us. The New Balance shoe my husband relied upon as his go-to shoe has been discontinued, so we are trying this one for him. As he wears a size 16 narrow, he can be difficult to fit. We're hopeful this shoe will work for him.

Bought a pair of shoes. They came promptly. When I tried them on, the fit wasn't quite right. I sent them back and got a quick refund. Reordered the same shoe with a different size. Fit perfectly. Even with the "hassle" of sending them back, this was easier than buying at a local store. Very satisfied with Zappos.

These shoes would be better if the cushion were part of the shoe instead of the insert. I have planter faciitis so I needed to replace the inserts with ones designed for my feet. When the inserts were removed, there was no cushion left in the heel. People who are interested in this shoe for the padded insoles need to know that the padding disappears when the insoles are removed for any other insert. I have purchased other shoes where there was padding in the shoe heel as well as the inserts so it is confusing. Hope this helps others who may have a similar condition and need special inserts.

This is my third shoe of this model. It is comfortable and wears well. When this one wears out, I will buy my fourth one.

Overall these seem like well made shoes and offer good support. The only complaint I have is with the angle of the toe box. The toe area is rather pointy and the area for your toes falls off sharply. I find my toes rub against the inside of the shoe even though the shoes are the correct length 16M. At the end of the day my toes are sore except for my big toe, which has enough room. I'm going to try another pair in a wider version to see if they fit better. Other than that, and it may just be my feet, the shoe seems to be of excellent quality.

They look good and fit well! They also work quite well with my custom orthotics. I'm a 14 M and have severely flat feet. These help reduce the pain quite a bit!

Very nice attractive looking shoes that hold up once you get them in person. I order men's shoes as I wear a size 12W in women's and it's hard to find shoes to fit me, I ordered a 10.5 in these as in most tennis shoes that's what I need if not wide width. In these I could have been fine with a 10, but these are still comfortable enough to get by without returning. Very comfortable walking, without being too heavy, but I expect in hot summer months it would be nice to get something more breathable. I wanted the blue suede color, but none in my size, this tan is a nice alternative. I went with this brand since I am diabetic and wanted to see if these feel better, and they really do! Will order this brand again!

I have been ordering this shoe for a family member for several years. It is the only shoe that fits properly.

These shoes are a nice pair of shoes. Despite the fact that they are listed as diabetic approved shoes, they still have seams on the inside of the shoes, and the fabric inside is somewhat rough. They are comfortable, however, and the size seems to be as expected.

These shoes were comfortable however they fell apart. On my first pair the sole separated from the main part of the shoe along the side of the shoe. A second pair had the side of shoe separate. Don't expect to get much wear from these!

I ordered the standard width and they were too tight. Called customer service and got the next width and they shipped them right away. Can't say enough about how helpful and nice she was and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied . Defiantly will do business with zappos in the future

A nice shoe that runs narrow for me. I purchased this shoe approx. 15 yrs ago and I still have a pair around for mowing the lawn etc. They are without a doubt being made narrower today than in years past.

Nice appearing, soft, and light, but the toe comes to a point that compressed my toes together unnecessarily..

No arch support. Bottom of inside is flat and hard.How they can call these diabetic is beyond me.Insert is maybe 1/4 " thick. Cheap Chinese junk $29 shoes . Will be returning asap.

I've worn propet shoes for a number of years, and have 3 in use now. I like the product just purchased, but it feels a bit snug, though not really uncomfortable. Possibly it needs breaking in due to its large size. More later.

Have purchased other Propet shoes. These felt much more narrow than others. Too tight and have to be returned.

I've been a type 1 diabetic most of my life, and until recently (at age 71) have avoided the dreaded foot problems. But that changed over the last year, so I need really comfortable shoes. Now I wear bedroom slippers much of the time,even outdoors, but walking longer distances I needed more foot support. These shoes help a lot. If I've been on my feet all day, they still get a little sore, but that's probably inevitable for shoes that provide good support and soles thick enough for rough terrain. It helps that I got them from Zappos--I had been sure that "wide" should work, but those still pinched a little so of course I was able to return them for extra wide--which turned out to be the perfect fit.
