Bought these for my mom. She says the are true to size and comfortable.

Good quality and great fit. They are a bit stiff at first, but as I wear then they are breaking in. I had my first pair in college in the 1970's and the shoes are just classic.

These shoes are extremely well made, with thick leather although they do run a bit narrow, even in the wide and are tearing up the back of my heel.

I love my new Docksides! They are so well made they should last me a lifetime! Have already been dockside and have worn them on a boat! Bought 1/2 size smaller on recommendation of other review.

I am usually in between a medium and wide width shoe but ordered a wide in this style and it still feels too thin! These run way narrow. Otherwise they are good shoes, the leather is very thick so I imagine that they'll last a long while. I use sock free saviors in them to eliminate having sweaty feet. I'm wondering if I should've returned them for men's which would've given me a little more width.

These shoes are very comfy. The leather is very soft, so no blisters on the back of my heal. The color has not bleed onto my feet.

This shoe is very comfy, although I choose to wear high heels all day this shoe is a pleasant change. I can wear it with jeans, khakis, shorts and even a skirt. The best thing about these shoes is the older they get the better.

'Felt true to size' because I've worn Sebagos for many years & I know my size with them. I also appreciate the quality materials, ie, actual leather.

This shoe is classy. However, it runs a bit narrow. I have small feet and ordered the size 5 regular, and the shoe was too narrow towards the toes. Ah well.

I am very disappointed with my last purchase of these shoes. I generally wear them when working as a swim coach on deck and the slide/slip factor is good. However, I reordered my umpteenth pair yesterday and was dismayed to find that the innersole/lining had literally a 1/4" drop from the end of the leather liner-right about where the ball of the foot starts,to the toe box. Very uncomfortable and not a smooth transition between the heel section and the front of the shoe, unlike my other pairs. Will return. I would reorder to see if this was just a manufacturing flaw but as often happens, the are now out of stock. May try another (Sebago?) brand in the meantime.

I grew up wearing Sebagos and looked forward to a new pair (the trick to softening up the leather is to get them wet - they are boat shoes, after all!). Alas, it was not meant to be. Despite really liking the deep navy color, a half size smaller would have been a better fit. But overall I did not feel supported in these shoes. So I am opting to return them and not reorder a smaller size. A little more cushioning would have made all the difference for me.

The quality just wasn't the same as the pairs from my high school years in yuppie Grosse Pointe...alas corporate america changes everything.

Leather? Gosh, these do not feel like leather shoes, although they are. But, they feel like a plastic-y leather, nothing soft, pliable or flexible about them. Not happy with that. Returning for that reason only. Zappos themselves have been great with helping me find a nice pair of boat shoes. Will keep with Zappos for all my shoe needs!

They are cute, but very hard. I have to wear socks with them, otherwise I'll get blisters. I'm still trying to break them in, but comfortable shoes should fit good from the start.

Even though it is a normal 9 Medium size, it is narrow on my foot. It doesn't seem like it is real leather.
