Thorlos socks - Product: I was more than pleased with the Thorlos socks. They fit well and are very comfortable. They passed the "first washing" test...I am wearing them today, and they still feel great. Service: Wonderful! My sock size was marginal (my shoe size was on the border between two sock sizes). The socks that I ordered (and were delivered) were too tight, and Zappos promptly exchanged them for a larger size without any hassle or grief. Thank you!!

Best socks in the world - These socks are unbeatable for comfort in long walks or day hikes. (With hiking boots on an all-day hike, I add thin liner socks).

Great for Diabetics - I bought these socks for the first time because of foot pain I have because I am diabetic. The padding in these socks is wonderful and really helps. I discussed them recently with my foot doctor and he recommends them. Thanks Zappos.

Excellent, the best socks in the world. I have bought these multiple times for myself and my husband. They last forever, however I am hard on them wearing them around the house instead of slippers. Zappos is the best, I feel so guilty when I have to return something.

Only socks I ever wear. For many years Thorlos brand socks have been the only ones I will wear. Despite the high cost they last forever. They wick away moisture, are very comfortable, and I NEVER have blisters or even calluses because of these socks. I pull my shoes off, turn the socks inside out, and show everybody what they are like, of course, they laugh, but if they try them, they are sold too.

Great socks! These are the best socks I have ever owned. I wear a size 5 1/2 women's shoe and it is hard to find socks that fit. These do! And they last forever. Extremely comfortable, lots of support. Zappos service is wonderful.

Superb comfort for people who use their feet- Thorlos can't be beat- I am always on the lookout for walking socks that combine intelligent design, durability, good fit, comfort, and attractive appearance, and these Thorlos Walking Crews win hands down. They truly fit- they truly respond to the shape and the function of the human foot. The padded heels, ball, and instep are a great comfort during a long day of walking and/or standing. The socks accomplish all this function without unnecessary bulk, so they fit neatly in "street" walking shoes, and look nice. They are long enough to work well as trouser socks. They wash and dry like a dream, and last forever. They are made in the USA, amazingly enough. The price seems a bit intimidating at first, and buying 6 pairs may also seem a little daunting, but you will not fail to get full use and enjoyment out of every pair for a long time to come!

I live in the city without a car and work with dogs. So, I am on my feet a lot. The man who made my orthotics told me I needed to get away from cotton socks. I heard good things about Thorlos. So, I bought a pack of the walking sock and I have so far been very satified with the fit and comfort.

Blister Free Feet with These Socks- I FINALLY found THE socks. I've tried every kind of sock to help with my burning feet and blisters. If I walk for even a short distance I always get VERY hot feet and blisters. I read the reviews at Zappos and thought I'd give Thorlos a try. I LOVE THEM!!!! No hot feet after HOURS of walking and no blisters. I couldn't believe it when I took my shoes off. I've tried other brands with the double layer, cool max, anti-blister promises, but they never worked. These DID!! After washing the socks they didn't all shrink up like most others either. Thought the price was scary, but when I got the results I've never seen with any other sock, I'm more than willing to pay the extra. I'll be ordering more in the future. Thanks Zappos. Thorlos Walking Crew Socks - I have been wearing Thorlos socks for years. They are the best and longest lasting socks I have ever owned. I am hard on shoes and socks and these are the only socks I buy now. I wouldn't wear anything else. They are unsurpassed for comfort and durablity.

Best socks for "Intractable Neuropathy " I've diagnosis of "Intractable Neuropathy" of feet. I have gone to great lengths to find the best socks & shoes for this disabling condition. These socks are by far the most comfortable for me. Great support also when I had plantar fascitis. These are worth the added cost. I've tried many othr brands and I keep these ready while my other socks lie in the drawer unused for months or in the bottom of the hamper. Have only bought [haven't trid yet] one other pair that looked promisingly comfortable--a pair of Columbia fleece socks.

Good design to sock except for the top, which has a small diameter elastic band that leaves an impression in the leg. Would be a better sock with a broader band at top.

I thought I would... I thought I would like these more than I do. They needed to be washed before wearing as they are quite stiff and scratchy to me. Seem to bunch up in the toe area.

My Feet Are Too Big! The socks were packed in a perfect way. They are made of the best material and Almost Fit. Although I can wear them, I should have ordered a larger size. Old Bill Dobie

Not as I expected - I had been wearing SmartWool socks for many years and am pretty happy with it... but I thought of trying out something else for a change. These socks are comfortable BUT after my 12hrs shift, my feet smells real bad ... that did not happen with I am wearing SmartWool for my 12hr shift with the SAME pair of work shoe ... Oh well I guess I will have to stick with my SmartWool socks for now...

Thorlo's Walking Crew - I have to tell you, I am really disappointed. I am going to do my 1st 1/2 marathon and came to Zappos to look for some really good socks and these had high marks. They are supposed to keep feet dry, but that didn't happen. Maybe my next try will!!!

These socks are as comfortable as advertised. Just the right cushioning in the right places. But after only 2 wearing, four of the socks already have pulled threads and/or holes in them. I won't buy this brand again, very low value for the money.

Awesome! Yes, little pricey but cheap didn't work for me. These are like two socks in one. Where you need it they are double thick. Comfortable. I have recommended to many already. Great elastic.

Attention Long Distance Walkers - I love to walk, and walk, and walk... you get the point. I am currently training for the Breast Cancer 3-Day, 60 mile walk, I went on a quest for the perfect sock. Having worn Thorlos for shorter distances, I knew that this time I would need maximum cushioning on the ball of my foot, heel and toe but also across the top of my foot so the shoe tongue wouldn't hurt my bony foot! These socks are perfect-with one tiny defect. Like trouser hosiery, the upper edge indents my calf a tiny bit; I cope with this by adjusting the sock up or down a bit now and then. I've tried all different lengths and brands, many of which are fine for short walks like a half-marathon. For longer distances, your foot needs greater protection. If you love to walk-miles and miles-try these; they protect your foot and are VERY soft and comfy.
