Purchased from store, wore a few times and the soles are gone. Rivas have been my go to shoe for 30 years. Hoped this was a rare occurrence, a quick search shows it is pretty common. Please return to the old manufacturing process and materials.

I have been buying this model for years. I have a hard to fine size(6 1/2 3E) the right shoe is much tighter than the right. I presently have three pairs in my closet. I have my shoe trees in them opening to stretch them out.

Quick and easy AND ARRIVED ON TIME. fIT IS EXCELLENT

This is my husband's third pair of these shoes he has purchased. They are his Sunday Church shoes. Each pair has lasted him between 10-13 years. He loves them.

Very uncomfortable, medium width feels narrow, left shoe is very loose. Got blister after just 1 day and now can't return for refund. Very disappointed.

The Riva is THE most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. The Riva has gone by other names in the past, but Florsheim has out done themselves in a product that fits like a glove.

We were very pleased with the shoe and color. It replaced the very same shoe purchased 20 years ago. That is a quality brand.

After a number of fritless searches for extra-wide shoes, I turned to Florsheim. I searched their website for exra-wide penny loafers. Bingo!! I had a choice of styles and colors. The price was reasonable, the shoe attractive, and available in 2 sizes wiser than any of the local stores could provide. They arrived a few days after I ordered them. They fit well, easy to put on, stayed on, were comfortable to walk in. If you nee3d wide slip-on shoes that while casual, are appropriate for most sort of formal occasions.

Really like the Florsheim shoes, have been wearing for years , Not available in local stores, but ordering on line was great. Only thing cannot try on for size , my old shoes were 9D but when ordered had to exchange for 8 1/2 D which were perfect. Ordered different style because usually get Milano but did not see on site so ordered Riva which are identical in style. Ordering and exchange was very easy, with free shipping and return.

My husband loves these shoes. He has been wearing this style for about 40 years and won't change.

I've worn no other dress shoes for the past 40 years. They are supremely comfortable & require little or no break-in time. They offer good traction, look great & last a surprisingly long time. (I wore my last pair for 20+ years, alternating between a black & brown pair.) They arrived from Florsheim quickly after my order was placed.

They are beautiful shoes, very nicely put together... but the sizes are wrong. One too short, one too narrow, one too low in height. 3 pair sent back.
