I I've been purchasing from Florsheim for over 30 years. The Riva has always been very comfortable. I took some that had not been used in the past couple of years and the soles cracked. Un-repairable. I can't believe that they're still making them.

I have been a customer for many years, the last pair I bought the heel support moved or got degraded to the point I can not use them for five minutes because the pain is unbearable

Poor design. I think the shoes were extra wide enough to get fit, but the top of the shoes or entry point was to tight for my feet.

3x trying to get right size. Waiting on third one. I get 2 messages+ a day from Florshiem with same 18% deal. Way too many messages

The Riva shoe has been my favorite for more than 40 years. I have been wearing them in black and brown that whole time. I taught school for more than 30 years and was on my feet a lot on hard concrete floors. The shoe was as comfortable as any I have ever worn. My only complaint was that when I retired about 25 years ago, I bought several new pairs, both black and brown, from a shoe store that was closing that we had bought shoes from for years. The new shoes sat in my closet in the original boxes for about 5 years. The Riva shoes I wore every day were older than that, yet when I pulled out the new ones in the closet to wear, the Comfortech soles had dry rotted and came apart in big chunks so I had to throw more than $400 worth of shoes away.. I was very disappointed and lost more than $4oo that I paid for the four pair. I don't know what made the difference, but I will never try to buy them to wear a few years later again. The Comfortech soles do not store well apparently. Sure wish Florsheim had mentioned that in their catalog, or had a Note in the shoebox to not store them for any length of time because the soles will dry rot.

I purchased this pair of Riva shoes to replace the pair I had worn out after several years. Comfort and the availability in wide widths is what brought me back to this shoe. I hope Florsheim continues to make shoes in wider widths.

This is my third set of shoes over the last 30 years. I've walked around more automotive factories than I can count and they stand up great

Style is a classic slip on. The leather and lining are very soft and flexible. Surprisingly tight and narrow for a 3E width, however. I will hope the shoe "lossens up" with wear

The large variety of size options allows for a perfect fit every time. The shoes are extremely comfortable and of excellent quality.

The shoes are comfortable and last a long time.

The riva is so comfortable, the leather is soft, the sole is very durable and the inside sole ultra soft!

A nice shoe, simple, and stylish. While size has always been accurate, this third time around it seems the shoes have become too narrow. Initially, I purchased 3E and they were way too tight. I had to return for 5EEE

Second pair i bought because he's hard to fit and he loves them!

Hard to find shoes that fit my sons wide feet. Bought two pair because they are perfect.
