Quality shoes and excellent customer service well above industry standards.

These look great and fit well right out of the box (They are available in 5E). I have bought these shoes over and over, in black, brown and cordovan.

This shoe fits me perfectly and is very comfortable

My grandpa would buy two pair of these a year. After 6 months of every day use, that pair would become his shop shoes, and he would buy a new pair for everything else. When he passed away, my grandma gave me his new pair he had only worn for a few days. They lasted a solid 5 years of casual use. I've moved into a different profession that doesn't require steel toe boots, so I might pick up his tradition.

Dress classic but can be pair casually with anything. I like them with jeans and i got the burgundy for a more stand out appearance. I love the gold bit.

The wrong size shoes were in the box, they were returned, and the wrong size shoes were in the box the second time. (Hard to believe) Fawn in customer service rectified the problem and even upgraded the shoes. Excellent service.
