I have been wearing the Florsheim Como Imperial for over 15 years and absolutely love them. They are by far the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Zappos.com is the only place that I have found that has the "A" width that I wear which makes me very happy. The service that Zappos.com provides is second to none and I would highly recommend Zappos to anyone that ask for an online shoe store. Thanks Zappos.

The shoes fit perfectly and are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have worn in a while. I take a wide width and it is hard to find my size but Zappos came through like a trooper.

I am totally impressed with Zappos' Customer Service. It is hard for a man to find shoes with an AA width, but I found them here and they were delivered in just a few days. Then they followed up with a call and when they could not get me, an e-mail to see that everything was OK. Yes it was, and I will order from them again. Oh, the shoe is very comfortable, and the fit is great.

I have worn Bostonian Prescotts for years because they are so comfortable. These look very similar, but fancier and more impressive, so I thought they might be worth a try. I'm very happy with them. They are just as light and comfortable as the Prescotts, probably more so. They have a real quality feel (the Prescotts felt a little cheap). Well worth the extra cost. The only downside: they are more "clackity" on hard floors.

As a first time customer we ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be just a little too big. We contacted Zappos and they did an exchange. We were so impressed that we got the new(right size) shoes the very next day! And for some reason we couldn't print out the return label on our computer/printer set up so Danielle W sent one to us in the mail. Along with the label came a sweet handwritten note. We don't remember ever being more impressed with customer service than we are with Zappos. Now wouldn't think of buying shoes anywhere else!

Shoes look great, but ran a little large and so ordered another pair. Computer would not take credit card number. Delightfully resolved and expeditiously by calling.

I like these shoes, I use them for dancing, they are very light, flexible and comfortable. Also, they look nice and take a very good shine. This is my fourth pair of Imperials and I am totally satisfied. The fit and arch support was good.

I bought these shoes to replace another pair of Florsheim loafers that I have worn for years. I wear a size 14B, and there are not too many shoes available in that size, so I have to do a lot of looking to find some that I like, and these Como Imperial loafers fit the bill perfectly. I like them so much that I have bought two pairs in the past six months (black and cabernet). They were very comfortable the first time I wore them and got even better over time. I also put some thin air pillow insoles in them for a little extra cushioning. I am a trumpet player in a community swing band and am on my feet for hours while playing (no chairs for the trumpet players!). These shoes are so comfortable that they allow me to concentrate on the music instead of my aching feet!

These are stylish shoes which I purchased for my husband. He tells me they are very comfortable and well made. I think they look classic and beautiful!
