THE SOLE IS ENTIRELY TOO THIN ON THIS SHOE. I HAD TO ORDER THIS PAIR BECAUSE THE SOLE ON MY CURRENT PAIR OF BLACK BERKLEYS HAS WORN THRU IN JUST 2 YEARS.

I was looking for a airport friendly shoe that I could wear at work. I normally wear a 9.5 4w. The Daily arrived and my foot had an unusual amount of room to slide forward. I should have returned them but decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, the laces do not tighten very much and my foot continued to slide. I'll have to get thicker socks to make this shoe work.

Size issues, 4th return finally fit Customer Service outstanding

Penny Loafers; 3 pair returned for size reasons; Never had these issues the past 20 years I've worn this same style.

Did not fit as previous 5-6 pairs I have owned, same model, otherwise fine.

One shoe fit comfortably, the other was too tight, especially on the top of the shoe, not the width or length.

Normally order these shoes in burgendy, but only black available this time. Left shoe slightly wider than the right (Right was OK).

Bought two pair of these, black and burgandy.The black pair--both shoes fit well. The burgandy pair..the LEFT SHOE IS BIGGER THAN THE RIGHT SHOE! It's not a case where my feet are of different size.. everyone has one side of one's body bigger than the other to a certain degree. In this case it was the shoes. I have bought other shoes from you-- more expensive ones-- and have not experienced said problem. I can live with the small difference since i'll wear socks which makes them feel ok... but not the case if you go without socks and these shoes! Hey, I'm in Florida!

I've been a Florsheim buyer since I was in my twenties--I'm now considerably older; haven't always worn Florsheim bcause economic considerations somtimes made that not possible, but always wished I could. Always found Florsheim to be a high-quality shoe--until my last purchase. I wore my new shoes for approximately two months when the stitching of the sole to the upper body failed on both shoes. I had to have them "over"-soled with rubber. Wasn't an inexpensive repair, and certainly wasn't expecting it from a Florsheim product. Maybe just a fluke pair -- would still buy another pair of Florsheims, but if they were to fail like this last pair, I'd no longer be a Florsheim customer.

I bought this same style from florsheim about three years ago -- they were made in Brazil I think. Anyway, they fit well, wore well, and I had them resoled a couple times. but they were getting worn, and i was not keeping them in great shape. finally broke down and ordered another pair through the web. anyway, they look fine, but bottom line: they are larger than the pair i bought years ago. enough that i would return them if i could (I wore them outside, so no return) I will go to the store next time! these were made in india i think -- and I am sure the "last" (the shoe prototype) is different. too bad, for me.

Shoe glue started melting and shoe started coming apart

Extremely uncomfortable shoe.

EXTREMELLY UNCOMFORTABLE SHOE, I CANT EVEN WALK IN IT.

The appearance ok, but the comfort will hospitalize you.

The Berkeley's were great looking, I love them. However, I had 23 pins and 2 plates inserted in my ankle to correct a broken ankle. One foot is now a size 13 and the other is size 14. The Berkeley's just did not fit.

A while back I ordered this shoe. When I received it, it was brown in color. It wasn't like what the picture showed. I would like to have this penny loafer, but if it's brown in color, I don't want to order it.

For 60 years I have worn 10.5 D. That's what I ordered; that's what I got. couldn't get into them - threw them out.

I wore the shoes one time and the stitching started to come apart on the right shoe. I sent them back to exchange them for a new pair but am waiting to hear back.
