Dressed up or down penny loafers you can not fail. I wear them with shorts and polo without socks in summer. I like the preppy look. I have several pair Florsheim style loafers and they all are comfortable. From the boardroom to the boardwalk. It's one of the most versatile unisex shoes you can slip into. MICHAEL JACKSON FLORSHEIM SHOE. This is one of the penny loafer shoe styles he wore on stage. 5 Stars, and 2 thumbs up, on Customer Service, and the Shoe quality. I selected the sole on this shoe, because of the smooth sole feature. It is now, my new Dance Shoe. I wont wear it to walk around the streets, it is strictly for the dance floor only. Lately it seems like all my shoes are 10.5 in Length, so I actually had ordered this , also a 10.5...but i had to exchange it, because, for Dance Shoe, purposes, you really DO, need a much tighter fitting shoe. I exchanged it for a 10.0 I will even wear cotton thick sock, under a second pair, of a dress sock, just to fill in the gaps. The dress socks gives you the look you want, and the cotton, tennis shoes socks, absorbs the moisture, and gives you more bulk. This is a very detailed replica, of one of the shoes Michael Jackson wore. He wore Florsheims and Staggs. I did all the research, and this is definitely the Florsheim version, of a Michael Jackson Dance Shoe. You need the Smooth Sole, in order to pull off some of the spins, moonwalks, and other dance moves. And the shoe looks better in person, than on photos. The shoes look beautiful and are very comfortable. This is the classic "beef roll" penny loafer...a very hard item to find any more. And I wear a narrow size...even harder to find! I'm so grateful to Zappos for carrying them in my size. It's the only place I can find them. Now I'm waiting for my size to come into stock in the same shoe in black.

In my experience, most shoes take about a year to really break in and feel completely comfortable. These shoes felt good from the first moment. The only problem is that the soles, when new, are very slippery. I had to rough up the soles, then they were fine.

The shoe is smart, comfortable and all that I expected. Site is easy to use. Shoes arrives as advertised. I will order my next pair from Zappos.

This is the first time that I bought a Florsheim penny loafer. I am please with it, though the price is a bit steep. I bought it because the other brands discontinued my size. So far, I am pleased with the shoes.

Every pair of Florsheim Berkley I have purchased from Zappos.com have always fit comfortably. I have a wide foot and I find the EEE gives me the width I need.

The shoes were exactly what I ordered and expected. Better than the shoes was the service and ease of ordering. The website is very user-friendly and the return policy is probably the best I've seen. I can't say I've ever ordered shoes off the "internet"...I rolled my eyes at my wife for doing such a thing...however, after this positive experience I won't be buying shoes anywhere, other than Zappos.
