A solidly constructed but fairly light shoe. Comfortable fit, with strong arch support. They felt good right out of the box - a good sign for me. I will be wearing these a lot, so I am hoping that they hold up well. The shoe is a very little bit lighter in color than depicted. also has somewhat of a "rough-out" like finish. Not suede but not the usual leather, either. I like the shoe and can recommend them without hesitation.

This is not the best looking shoe, but it is absolutely the most comfortable shoe imaginable. Right out of the box, it fits like a glove. I am a big walker, and this shoe really performs. I've been a big Ecco fan for years, and if I buy size 44, no matter what the style, the shoe fits my feet perfectly. The quality and workmanship are both superb.

Supremely comfortable right out of the box. No break-in needed. Looks great with jeans and khakis. This is my first pair of ECCOs. It won't be my last.

I have owned a pair of these shoes since 2000, and wore them every day except Sunday until recently. I have worn these shoes on 5 sight-seeing trips to Europe. They still look almost as good as the day I bought them! They are also the most supportive and comfortable walking shoe I have ever had. I am going to buy a black pair of the new ones to compliment my wardrobe. I am so happy to know that ECCO still makes this shoe because I could not find it at the local store that stocks ECCO shoes. I really can't say enough good about this shoe.

These are great every day shoes. Not too casual and not too dressy. Had to order one size smaller to get perfect fit. Bought these for my husband.

Great shoe. Bought first pair in 2007 looking for comfort for walking on a visit to Italy. In 2010 used the same shoes for walking in Japan. Still wearing the same comfortable pair, but I have purchased two more I liked them so much.

I have been wearing this shoe for over 15 years, and am on maybe my tenth pair. Incomparable comfort. I put on a new pair, and break-in is just not an issue. I am on my feet for hours each day, and this is the shoe that lets me do it. I wish they were more stylish, but I am willing to make the trade-off for supreme comfort.

I buy these shoes because I work on my feet and they have the support I need. They are also a good long-lasting shoe. I have been known to wear a pair for close to a year and a half. The tough leather of the uppers lasts a long time, and even looks good for some time.

I have worn this shoe, almost exclusively, since discovering it in 2002. It is the best, most comfortable walking shoe and yet civilized enough for most restaurants and other casual and business casual venues.

The SeaWalker has a less flamboyant design than some other casual dress shoes, and that's what I wanted. I ordered the "Rust" color to go with jeans or casual slacks, but they will go with just about anything. I was expecting the fit and feel to be similar to my Ecco Tracks, but the SeaWalker is a lighter weight shoe and a bit less rugged feeling. The two pairs of Tracks that I have owned were extremely comfortable from the first day and had great cushioning. These SeaWalkers are not quite as cushy, but the fit is excellent so they're still quite comfortable. They are probably not the shoes you want for long distance walking, but they are exactly what I was looking for in a casual dress shoe. Ecco means top quality in materials and workmanship. You can't go wrong with them.

This is the second pair of Ecco Shoes I have bought. Good fit, reasonable price, and high quality were the diving force. Hey, but I like the look too. Toe box suits my feet.

My husband and son love ECCO shoes for the comfort and quality. I bought these shoes for my son who has a summer internship (business casual dress code) in NYC and will be doing a lot of walking around the city. He loves these shoes and my husband just ordered a pair for himself.

I have always purchased Ecco shoes because of the fit and the comfort. These not only fit those requirements, but also look good. They are stylish enough to wear casually or to dress up.

I bought these for my guy friend. He can't stop saying how comfortable they feel. They are his go to shoe now. The style is pretty nice, maybe not as cool as other shoe styles, but the color is right on.

Love the ECCO SeaWalker shoe. This is my third pair, having stomped around Europe, Mexico, Canada and the USA to wear out these almost indestructible shoes.

This is my second pair of SeaWalker Tie shoes and they are perfect. After 7 years, I haven't given up on my old pair they are being used on less casual occasions. Very comfortable!

These shoes are an excellent replacement for Ecco Cross, which are apparently no longer made. The Cross had arch support that I didn't need, but I bought them for the instant comfort and long life. The Sea-walker is just as comfortable right out of the box, and I assume they will wear at least as well. Great shoe! I find that I am preferring to wear these now rather than some older Cross that I still have around.

If you like the style of these shoes, buy them NO questions asked. They have been my main pair of shoes for over five years and I've never had an issue. Buy them, you will not regret it. They hold up so well it doesn't even make sense. They've outlived more shoes than I can count in my wardrobe, and I wear them the most by far.

I love these Eccos! I am shopping for more Eccos after wearing this pair of shoes for about a year. I bought them to replace my highend new balance athletic shoes that I have repeatedly bought which seemed to wear out much too soon. The leather seems to absorb the moisture from my sweaty feet, and I end up wearing these for trips, and daily wear on chores around my place in the country. The lacing around the toes and midway on the shoe failed after a walk in the woods one day (must have caught it on something). I have to bring them in to a shoe repair and dread being without them. I'm hoping the different model of eccos (looking at the clayton) fits as well and is equally supportive. I'm not in love with the looks of these (too large a shoelace holes I think is what makes these look too utilitarian), but as far as confort and support, these are tops.
