My son asked for a pair of black Vans. I picked these out for him. While black they have a little style to them with the black leather stitched across the sides. He likes them. I want a pair now, too.

Loved these shoes! They are as cool as they look on pictures! The best part about it was that I got them delivered less than 24 hours after I ordered them!

Very stylish shoe with good support. A little more "substance" to it than the Van's Authentic style with a nice retro kick. Slightly wider than the other Vans styles which was a plus. Hubby loves them and so do I...

Why would you work in Vans! I've been skating Vans for almost 6 years now and mine last about 4-5 months, which discipline is harder on a shoe; griptape or "work" shoes?

Zappos delivery was fast. Checkout was seamless. No problems with this transaction. Great product. This is a light shoe with hard soles and insoles. Great deck shoe. Not designed for running or walking long distances though, which is okay with me. Perfect as an "everyday" shoe. You can feel the ground well when wearing this shoe too which makes it a good skateboarding shoe too. You feel connected to the sidewalk when walking in this shoe. Great feel for those who don't need lots of support.

These are Vans, plain and simple. They have their own feel and look. They've been making virtually the same thing since the beginning.

I wore a pair like these all through high school, and recently found my thrashed old pair. Obviously overwhelmed with nostalgia I had to order a new pair, and I'm really glad I did. They're the shoes that I find most comfortable with my low arches. I normally wear a 10.5 but with these style I go down half a size for the right fit, also with Converse.

This is like reviewing the Converse All Star. These sneaks have been around for 40+ years. You don't buy them on a whim, you buy them because you love them. No, they're not as comfortable as a Nike running shoe, but they're sufficient enough that I've owned 50+ pairs over the years. Love 'em.

Being canvas, they stretch out so beware that they will fit slightly looser than when first purchased They get more softer and comfortable over time and I am on my 3rd pair.

I like these almost as much as my half cabs. And I really liked how fast they were delivered. They are sturdy, they don't fall apart from daily skating like some skate shoes do.

They're Vans! I named my yellow lab Van after these kicks! I don't wear any other brand except Vans. My five year old son wears them daily. My wife wears them "when she has the right pants"! I've traveled many miles to find them, ordered them online got friends and family to buy me a pair. I've bought friends and family a pair or two so should you!. Always nod when passing another person wearing VANS cause you know they get it. VANS! just wear em! (out).

Super super comfy a great pair of Vans as always. I like the old school look not a lot of people I see are wearing these Vans.

This shoe is a classic for a reason. It is a real skateboarding shoe. Stylish, flexible, and grippy. However, the bottom of the shoe seems to wear out after like a month of constant use. Nevertheless this is nice shoe, and will help attract the ladies.

Back to school shoes for my son. He loves them!

These are a winner in the eyes of our 15 year old, 6'6 size 16 shoe boy. According to him, the are cool and are what many of the kids are wearing today.

A classic shoe. Comfortable and go well with jeans or khakis. I got these to replace an older pair of blue/blue ones, and will get another pair when these wear out.

Awesome Vans! Fit is great, comfortable and just cool looking. A little hot in the real hot summer months, but still great. Will buy more of these for sure.
