Classic white shoe -
My son was going to Japan and needed an all white shoe to wear inside the school (no outside shoes are to be worn inside--Great Idea!) First stop= Zappos...we were on a deadline at this point and had ordered from Zappos before with successful results so decided to try again. The shoes were delivered when promised... very comfortable and the fit was perfect---thank you.

First of all, Zappos service does not get any better.
Sadly, these shoes look great, but they are incredibly painful. There is no arch support whatsoever. The width is fine, although the toe part of the shoe is very stiff, and pinches my pinky toe like there's no tomorrow! I kept them in hopes that I could break them in!

One of the most awesome shoes I've ever owned. They are so comfortable and look so awesome on your feet. They look really cool with black high socks too. They look a lot better with dark-colored cargo pants or khakis than they do with jeans. These shoes are an absolute must-have for any guy who likes Vans shoes. You won't regret buying them.

old school vans high top or low are the best shoes on earth. i had a pair of old shcool black on black the same shoe you might remember james hetfeild of metalica wearing for all those years.i wore my pair for 11 yrs. i had many pairs before that and many pairs since. ive been waring vans since 1980 and wish to continue waring them until i die in them. vans have taken me coast to coast.they will always be the ultimate california shoe. skate or die

Texas skater dude.
When I first put these bad boys and started walking outside to go skateboard in them and they were sorta hard to walk because they sorta sticked to the ground.And then they lasted for about a month. But these shoes RIP! "literally"

Flamin'!
I just got my shoes yesterday so I haven’t broken them in yet. I’ve been bending them and twisting them for some more comfort, right now they’re not exactly like walking on air, but you know what? It’s worth it! They look so cool. So the most that I want to get out of these shoes is comfort and that they last a long long time, I want to be able to say, when I’m a senior, I got these shoes when I was a sophomore! Because, come on, then they really will be old skool!

Great shoes, yeah, but they ain't half as comfy as my old ones. I'm willing to sacrifice thick padding for looks, but it'd be nice to have a bit more on the bottom (sorry, I don't know -is that the insole?).
