Cut my ankles bad.

Ordered and paid for a shoe that was in stock online. Still have not received them! That been 1 month ago! Tracking history shows they still haven't shipped??? Have email conversations with three separate customer service reps and no one knows what the problem is or why they haven't been shipped or if they even have the shoe??? Not sure if the shoe is now unavailable or if there is a problem with shipping, but Would Not recommend ordering online. Drive however far to a store or buy from Amazon if you want a pair of vans.

I can not find my order number to trace this transaction. I'm hoping this package is on the way!

I bought the classic tumble. Wore these three times both that didn't require super long distance walking and they gave horrible blisters on the back of my foot. Not sure if I can even wear these anymore. Huge disappointment.

The glue on the soles come apart, poorly manufactured

Bought in Feb cause I had knock offs(lasted over a year), these did not even last 4 months!! Fading really bad on sides and smell horrible after wearing just a short time and orange specks are growing in the soles. Customer service seemed to want to help at first and asked for all information and then said cause its been 6 months they won't help. Honestly the first and only time I will ever buy vans shoes. My other big brand shoes are 10 years old and have never done what these vans did in months. Horrible waste of money! The only offer was a small percentage off my next purchase but this was my first ever purchase and i was super excited and now, what? I have to take a chance in buying another pair & hope this doesnt happen again? The customer service agent said they hoped this one isolated incident didn't sour vans for me but it really has. I know the agent is doing their job and I know vans doesn't really care if one person says they aren't going to shop their again but please don't waste your money on these. They are definitely not made for everyday use if just wearing them for a few days a week did this. Next time I am going to do my research cause the reviews I have found on reddit say they don't last but a few months.

The shoe is falling apart after a couple weeks

Sent me a right shoe that had a black burnt hole that goes through the other side Do u not check anything before its shipped?!

I have about 5 pairs of shoes in rotation for over a year and half and the only ones falling apart are the vans. I have Nike mesh shoes, adidas mesh shoes and several more. Out of all the shoes I have in rotation the vans get the least use and some how the back wall of the shoe shattered into 5 pieces and had to be taken out, making their support completely useless. You see the little fold on the inside of the bottom of the shoe? It'll break after being worn a few times. Making the vans useless in the rain or any situation with water, it takes on water on the smallest splashes. I'd argue even the Nike Jordan mesh shoes, roshis and my mesh nmds hold up better in water than the vans because their shoes are designed to break at the folds. Literally planned obsolescence. I WILL NEVER GIVE MONEY TO THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. LITERALLY THE CRUDDIEST SHOES AND WORTHLESS IN THE WATER, WHICH WAS THIER WHOLE PURPOSE. SO NOW I WEAR MY NMDS OUT IN THE RAIN AND THE VANS ARE THE WORST!

i like the shoes, they was nice & clean & the vans package wasn't damaged which is good because i like to keep the box just to put my vans back in , but overall the vans are nice & comfortable

My first time ordering from the site and my shoes are a dingy yellow color instead of white! Hoping an exchange goes well

I've bought the Old School Skate before and loved them. I decided to but a pair not to skate in, which were the Old School. They are not my cup of tea.

I want to start out by saying I'm an avid Vans-wearer and I am NOT an avid review-leaver. I think a review is necessary in this case though. I've never been disappointed in any of my Vans but that's an understatement with these. I'm super upset that I only got to wear them twice before they were ruined by turning yellow :( I noticed they turned some after spraying them with Vans stain protectant (when they were BRAND NEW), but then after one wash, they were completely yellow! I can't wear these anymore because of this. Highly disappointed!!

This is NOT a "Classic" Old Skool Tumbled Leather. It's made of some vinyl like synthetic. No wonder everyone's heels are getting killed. Synthetic leathers do not break in, do not mold to your feet, do not breathe! What a mistake I made. I have almost 50 pair of Vans and I have never been so disappointed in a pair of shoes. Stay away from this shoe!! I feel terrible that I bought this shoe at my local Vans store, where they listed it as Classic Tumbled Leather and I bought it on spec. Now I have to hurt a small local business with a return because Vans cheaped out on low-quality materials. Shame on you, Vans! Oh, and the other thing: I have almost 30k points and whenever I go to one of three Vans stores in my area, they almost NEVER have any of the freebies you require customers to go in-store to get. This whole point system is really starting to look like a bait and switch. Stop with the trinkets and give your frequent buyers something meaningful, like discounts and preferred access to collab drops.

I ordered the size I usually wear and they were so tight that I could barely get my foot in. Don't recommend. Will be returning them.

I love vans and especially the white leather vans. I have a certain pair that I LOVE but was needing a new pair when I purchased these. They are super cute and look exactly like I like but they tear apart my heals every time I wear them. I have tried only wearing these particular ones for a very short amount of time (< 30min) and I still end up with a torn up heal. I definitely would recommend vans to everyone but to just stay away from this style.

I accidentally purchased this particular pair, meaning to purchase the canvas Old Skools. I kept them thinking they couldn't be much different... but BOY I was was wrong. These are so uncomfortable at the heel you can barely wear them. I also can't seem to get the laces tight like other pairs of Vans. Disappointing!
