I really like the look of the shoes but they came out of the box with small stains on them and defects in the rubber soles that have caused small discolorations on them.

Love the look of the Old Skool Van's but very uncomfortable and seem to be made for wider, flatter feet. Could feel the tread pattern through the insoles and insoles could not be removed to be replaced. Very dissappointing.

Don't care for orginal insoles

I love the shoes bought them for my mom for her birthday.. Shipping was a mess though

Shoe tounge is shorter in the right shoe. Leather pieces are uneven between the two shoes which make the very uncomfortable.

I bought these vans because I wanted all black but when I received them there is a crease down both sides on the top where the laces go that are white and it's noticeable and doesn't look like it belongs. The sneakers themselves are comfortable but I don't like the look.

Caused blisters & creased so easy

I use this product to wear on my day to day. The shoe was fine for the first part of my first day wearing it. After a few hours of wearing it I felt the insole of the shoe form a hard ballin the insole of the shoe. This made it very uncomfortable and I have to return it for a refund.

I love the look of these, I own other pairs of vans, but I just can't get the sizing right. I'm an 8 in other brands but can range between a 7, 7.5, or 8 in Vans, depending on the style. I also find the simplicity of the shoe stiff, uncomfortable, and too narrow. Out of frustration, I decided to return instead of exchange, because even with a bigger size, I think they still would be too stiff and uncomfortable.

I like the look... hate the soles feel every rock there is under my feet.. the sides of the sole are coming apart..

The shoes were great at first until holes started forming at the corners of the toe cap where the stiching meets the soles, then the side of one ripped open along the length of the shoe. The sole has held up well even though I use them for lifting though.

Returned. Apparently no wide sizes available

I wear the same size amd these are too small.

the sizing on Van shoes is weird. I have a pair of sketchers 10.5 wide, Nikes 11, and they fit perfectly for being size 11. but these shoes feel like they are 10 even though they said 11. Guess different company do foot size differently. If I was going to buy van shoes again I would always go one size up from now on.

The left shoe had wrinkle marks , no biggie but just an eyesore

One of the shoes had two stains on the suede, and one of the stains looked and felt like glue. Just waiting on my money to be credited back to my card.

I've always loved vans and buy a new pair every year. This is my first time buying old skool and I ordered my normal size 9 based on reviews. They're giant. It feels like I'm wearing clown shoes when I have them on and after walking in them for a few minutes they start to hurt my feet. I thought wearing a thick pair of socks would help but unfortunately it didn't. I've always been satisfied with every style of vans I've purchased and I'm so disappointed in these old skools. If I could I'd exchange them for another size, but my mom shipped them to me from the states so it's not possible.

These shoes were so comfy and I was so stoked to have another pair of vans with a comfier sole for work. My old ones were solid for over a year. These ones didn't last very long. Maybe 4 months. The toes completely separated the the soles. Maybe I just got a defective pair I'm not sure. But it was quite the bummer.

I have purchased several pair of Old Skool and love them. I like the way this pair looks but they rub the backs of my heels and I can't wear them. I think the back of the shoe is higher than other Old Skools. Don't waste your money.
