The shoes were a present for my grandson they came on time but were 2 different sizes I called customer service number (on a Saturday) and they were very helpful and sent out new pair we received them on Monday which was a quick turnaround I would purchase from them again ratings below are according to my grandson!

Our family loves Vans and these are no exception. They are comfy and fit great. They are durable enough for my 17 year old son. Definitely a staple shoe in our household.

This is the "go to" shoe for three months out of the year. Jeans, long skirts, and even slacks...if they are clean. And you can clean them easy peasy. Get them! Pack them. Keep them handy for days your toes are not the prettiest part of your style. They do not look like athletic shoes so you do not look like an American tourist. 'nuff said?

These shoes are exactly what I ordered. The best part about these shoes is that I ordered them from Zappos. I ordered them late Friday night. The shoes were delivered early afternoon on Monday. I didn't waste weekend time shopping for shoes.

My grandson loves these shoes. They don't last very long but that may be due to his skateboarding every day. I tried buying him another brand and type but he keeps going back to these. Comfortable and lightweight.

Says it in the name, Classics. I have been wearing these shoes for 20+ years and they never disappoint. Most athletic shoes I need a wide, not these. Zappos offers great service with free shipping both ways! Worth the money.

I really love these shoes. I ordered a size 9 in womens and when I got them they were a little big, but I knew that if I send them back for an 8.5 they would be too small. I bought an insert (cuz my arches are terrible) and now they fit like a glove. Shipping was right on time as well.

Perfect leisure shoe! They have a sufficient amount of cushion and the basic black means they will match anything in my wardrobe. These Vans will make a wonderful addition to my fall and winter shoe selection!

Bought these for both of my kids at their request for the 4th time. They love them and seem to hold up pretty well. Would like a little more arch support to them, but they are not as flat inside as Converse. Will buy again.

Either you love Vans, or you don't. These are as comfortable as Vans get! I do notice that although still no arch support, the insoles of recent Vans are much more comfortable, even without socks!

I bought these for my son who is 6'5 and 225. I was hoping they would be comfortable as well as fit will (size 14)! Happy to report that he loved them...said they were very comfortable.

First off, Zappos is like the nicest company to deal with. I spoke with a young lady to help me with adding a gift card and she was sooo nice. Anyways, the shoes are super dope. They look great with joggers and dark wash jeans, super cool look. Shoes ran exactly as I thought they would. The converse chuck cut socks go great with these shoes if you want to avoid stink and blisters!

Great shoe. If you are worried about what size to get get your true size. I wear a 8.5 in Nike and I wear 8.5 in Vans.

These shoes are great! They're a little slippy in the heels, since the fit for me is slightly large, but I always wear them with socks, so I've had no blister problems despite long walks!

Vans will always be the preferred shoes in our family. I bought these for my 12 year old, who has wide, flat feet. They may seem a bit expensive, but if you're buying them for a skater, they're still the best skate shoe on the market. The sole grips, they're not filled with a bunch of padding, and aren't stiff. Shipped as expected, priced same as store.

Arrive on time and was exactly what I ordered and my son wanted. My son likes these so much he won't take them off! Nice style, look great on his feet.

The shoes came quickly and the price was on point. White is a delicate color but I took them out to a bar last night and as long as I blotted stains away with warm water they weren't really an issue. And even though I have flat feet and had worked an 8 when I woke up this morning my feet weren't killing me so the shoes provide some decent sole support. They look good with everything and they're pretty sturdy as long as you don't skate 'em. I just wanna say the difference between a good online shop and a great one is how they handle the customer and I have nothing but good things to say about Zappos.
