Wow! Zappos under promised and over delivered! They had my new Vans to me on the second day after I ordered them. This was free shipping!

My son has large, flat feet. The skate shoe style seems to give him the best comfort since it doesn't have a lot of arch support -- it's plenty for him. Our main complaint is just that he really could use a 12-1/2 and generally he has to choose between a 12 and 13. Otherwise, these are great for him!

I love the color of these Vans. They are a nice dark gray (a bit darker than they appear in the picture) and they look dressy and casual at the same time.

This is the one. If you're sitting there trying to figure out which style or whatever to buy, this is it. This is the one.

I took everybodys advice and decided to size down a half size. This was a mistake since the shoes are actually true to size. The area around my ankle started to hurt a lot after 2 days of wear. Since I was too lazy to return them I went to Ian’s Shoelace Site instead and laced the shoe with the Gap Lacing Method. Aside from that whole debacle, the shoe is very comfortable and fits well everywhere else. Also the white color complements most of my wardrobe. Definitely recommend.

This shoe is for my child and has always been a repeated purchase for us. It fits good and looks great! That's why we keep buying the same one over and over again.

These shoes are great, I got them a year ago and they're still in one piece. I usually wear a size 8, but I had to get an 8.5 because the 8's were a teeny bit small. It took about a day to break in, and arch support slowly developed.

I absolutely love these shoes. I have purchased multiple pairs from Zappos, I use them as my work shoes (I am a waitress at a quick service restaurant). I get many compliments and my feet do not hurt at the end of the day! They last forever and I do not see them going out of style any time soon. Go with everything as they are easy to maintain.

I absolutely adore these shoes. Fit was perfect and I love the wide toe box and the flexible sole. The arch support is just enough. The shoe helps my overall posture, which, as a strange side effect seems to help with weight loss.

My first pair of Vans. I love them. They felt kind of flat when I first wore them, but on the second day they were feeling fine. Bonus...for whatever reason wearing these with white knee highs drove my boyfriend wild. Meow.

The shoes were a present for my grandson they came on time but were 2 different sizes I called customer service number (on a Saturday) and they were very helpful and sent out new pair we received them on Monday which was a quick turnaround I would purchase from them again ratings below are according to my grandson!

This is the "go to" shoe for three months out of the year. Jeans, long skirts, and even slacks...if they are clean. And you can clean them easy peasy. Get them! Pack them. Keep them handy for days your toes are not the prettiest part of your style. They do not look like athletic shoes so you do not look like an American tourist. 'nuff said?
