comfy sneakers I found these canvas sneakers very comfortable to wear. They are equally comfortable plain. i recommend it to all. It looks very elegant.

I bought these shoes and found that they offer a very authentic "Vans" feel. If you are new to Vans, I will describe the feeling as a very universal fit. Meaning, if you have bad arches, are prone to shin splits, or other foot related issues, I strongly recommend looking for a different pair of shoes to buy, as these offer poor support.

I ordered a brown and a black pair of Vans, each in the same size. The black pair rubbed the back of my right heel raw, but the brown pair didn't. I compared the shoes and found them to be made quite differently. The curved heel piece on the black shoe was not the same shape or size as the one on the brown shoe. Also, the stitching on the toe piece began to come undone. The shoe is very stylish, but I would have to say the quality varies wildly. These shoes are cranked out abroad in who knows what kind of conditions. Examine the shoes carefully if you buy them, and don't wear it out until you're convinced they are not lemons. I wish I would have tried these on and bought them from a store in person.

This is a comfortable casual show, well-sized. However it\'s not so good for serious walking. I\'ll have to buy a pair of serious athletic shoes for that.

Most common shoe you will ever see - These shoes are pretty good looking, but for skating they need to be broken in. And after they get broken in, they get holes in the stitching. So that leaves about a month until full complete blow out. The flick area is so thin that on mine it wore down to the sole and they’re not very comfy either until broken in, but they still look cool, even though they feel weird to skate.

These seem to run small - Just bought a pair of size 12 -- my usual size. My big toe was right up against the end of the shoe and my other toes were being squeezed from the sides. Will try a 13 -- a size I'd never dreamt of wearing. The irony is that I just bought a pair of Ecco loafers in size 12 that were almost too roomy.

Vans – I bought these a while ago and haven’t worn them much, I long board everywhere I go and I thought these would be good long boarding shoes. They were ok until you bail and smack the pavement flatfooted, zero support, feels like you just jumped off a 10 foot wall. Anyways the other thing is they don’t look good at all in shorts because they’re so low cut the sock will stick out. But other then that they are really great shoes.

Like the shoe and fit but... The shoe is already coming unglued where the white side piece meets the black color of the shoe. We ordered the same shoe is white and black and the same thing is happening on both shoes.

Good shoe but... Well, I actually bought these out of a Vans store and unfortunately for me, 11.5 was too small and it seems a 12 is a little too large because my heel slips up every time I take a step. I'm 20 now and used to rock these when I was like 8 back in 93. The shoe has a good look to it, which looks perfect with Levi's 517 boot cut jeans. Overall I still like the shoe but I'm going to have to find something to help me with the heel issue.

Alright - I recomend getting the authentics with white on them, I got the all black ones and they look kinda weird.

I don't think I'd buy another pair like them again. I was looking for a shoe that was lightweight. The main problem I find with them is they are not as flexible as I'd like.

Comfortable customs - I began wearing Vans in the early 80's, I had the red and white "tropical" slip on style and loved them! Now I use the classic style for bowling shoes, custom painted, but, they would be more comfortable if the ankel area was padded like the slip-ons. I love the surface area of the toes, it allows for relly cool designs without much extra stitching to work around. VANS FOREVER!

I was supposed to recieve my shoes by July 22nd it is nkw the 25th and their still delayed in transit

The label reads the same size as my last 5 pairs of these; but these are wayyy too big

The shoes are marked as being men's size 10, however, they were actually more like a 9. Bought another pair of Vans size 10 and compared the two and the second pair, which are size 10, are at least one size bigger than the first size 10 pair. Vans quality control is no bueno!

Never had a problem with my Vans before, but I bought a pair off Zappos 6 months ago and the back seam is coming apart and now there is a bunch of frayed seams. I have the exact same pair from the Vans store from 2 years ago that I wore basically everyday and they don’t do that and none of my vans I bought from Journeys have done that. Disappointed that in 6 months they’re coming apart. Won’t buy my Vans from Zappos anymore.

These shoes are so cute but offer as much support as strapping two bricks onto your feet. If you have knees and hips that are a little tender, these will send them over the edge. Too late too return, so I’ll just leave this review and hope it saves others the same trouble. Youch.

Lace rivet broke on first tying...returned

I have been wearing this style for a very long time without any problems. Wore my new shoes for a week and they started to fall apart at the edges where the rubber meets the canvas. Very disappointed with this order. Either I received a bad pair or the quality has gone way down.
