I'm so sorry to have to return these moccasins. They are so comfy but this right one felt as if it were a double or triple wide. The rolled band around the top gaped noticeably, even though I was wearing socks when I tried them on.

The shoes are cute and stylish with a nice textured sole, but no arch. (Very flat, as expected.) I ordered my normal size 9 and the shoes were a whole size too big. Sadly, I will need to return. Based on other reviews, the sizing may be inconsistent. ?

It was recommended for me to order a 6.5 shoe. I did and it feels a little bit too big. The shoes slip off while I am walking.

Pretty but couldn't make it work. Sizing was off and I was worried they wouldn't hold up for long.

Love the look of these shoes. I ordered my 1st pair and they were to big. Ordered my 2nd pair whole size smaller. Length was perfect, width was so wide that I could actually place my hands on each side of my foot. Way to wear even if I'd had on socks. I give up on these. They are entirely to wide for my feet. If they came in narrow they may have worked for me.

I typically wear a 7.5, so that's what I ordered. They were waaaaaay too big. I returned them for a size 7, and while they were still quite loose, I thought I could compensate with an insole. They were still flapping at the heels, so I added a heel grip. More flapping, so I stuffed the toes with tissue. I'm swimming in these shoes but unfortunately I've worn them outside and can't return them. Blech. My recommendation: Go a full size smaller than you normally wear and see how it goes. The stitching will likely stretch. Also take advantage of Zappos' free shipping both ways and order all the sizes you might fit into.

Really disappointed in Minnetonka. I've owned several Kilty Mocs over the years, all 6s. Now I need a full size down, the footbed feels way less comfortable than my previous pair, and the vamp comes up much higher on the foot. These have sadly gone WAY downhill and I doubt I'll purchase them again.

These shoes look better in the picture! They have no cushion for the soles of your feet, its like walking on the floor. They also fit pretty snug.

Durability: I've had this pair of shoes (Minnetonka Kilty Suede Moc in grey) for two days and made the mistake of doing yard work in them - digging 5 gallon holes. The right sole has a small chunk missing now, and the edge to the sole is shredding apart. I also have a pair in dusty brown, and those soles seem to be tougher than these and haven't given me any trouble in the couple weeks I've worn them. Granted, these probably aren't made for doing yard work, but I had higher expectations for their durability. I imagine wearing them around town would have worn them down in a few months anyhow. Fit: The suede is soft and comfortable. I wear a size 9 and size up to 9.5 in running shoe. An 8.5 fit well in these. There is no arch support, and the leather tie cuts into the top of my foot a bit if I try to tighten the shoe any. They do stretch out. Versatility: They are great for staying home or going on errands. I liked my dusty brown pair (the ones that haven't shown wear and tear) so much that I bought a pair for my mom and mother in law.

These are darling! The size is WAY off! I had an extra 1/2 inch in my regular size. I may need to go down from an 8 to a 7; a full size. Perhaps these were mislabled.

These are adorable and relatively inexpensive, but I've had multiple pairs, and they just don't last. The sole is soft and wears thin quickly, and the stitching is often unreliable. If you're willing to think of them almost as disposable shoes (and to put in an orthotic so they have more support than a bedroom slipper), they're very cute and comfortable while they last.

After reading the reviews I ordered a half size smaller but it was still too big...I should have gone even a 1 and a half size smaller or even two sizes smaller. I also ordered wide wide as i have booties by this brand and those were extremely narrow and these are just way too wide.

I was so happy when my shoes had arrived at my house two days after they shipped, but after just two weeks of wearing them, my right shoe broke and fell apart. I was so disappointed; I wished that I had purchased the Minnetonka Como instead. I am a little hesitant about ordering from here again.

Despite all the reviews that recommended ordering a half-size smaller, I decided to take my chances and go with my usual size of 6.5, especially since I almost never stray from my usual size. I had also tried a couple similar Minnetonka mocs in stores, where I found the 6.5 fit me perfectly. I was wrong -- this particular style appears to run long, and the 6.5 was a good half-inch past the end of my toes. It's a good thing I ordered from Zappos because I received the smaller size the very next morning after talking to customer service. Other than the sizing issues, these shoes look great. The medium grey suede is a nice color option from the usual neutral beige, and the fringe is not overdone. I also thought that the black sole did not stand out as much as it might seem in some of the photos -- a good thing. These shoes are extremely comfortable with a good rubber sole so you don't feel like you're walking barefooted.

Ordered a 7 and it flopped off of my feet. Will order a smaller size, however, because they are really cute and seem like they will be comfy, if I can find the right size...

I always wear a 7M, but these shoes were too big overall, and the left shoe was even wider than the right. You could see how it stood away from my foot! Very disappointed as I had looked forward to trying Minnetonka shoes. Sent them back.

While I love the easy comfort and neutral tones of these shoes they have a fatal design flaw - After wearing them for one month (probably 3 times a week)the thread that holds the sole to the shoe gets worn and frays completely so that the soles comes off the shoe and there is no way to fix it. I think Minnetonka maybe need to review the placement of the stitching as it is slightly recessed on the sole and any ware caused to the sole causes the thread to be very close to the ground and obviously it just frays and you are left with a useless shoe, even when the actual shoe itself is fine. I have been through 3 pairs in around 4 months and wont be buying anymore pairs to replace this last pair I am returning after 4 weeks of ware!

While I love the comfort of this shoe, I bought a pair in black and the dye transferred to my feet! I bought them specifically to wear without socks, but this is definitely a problem.

While this is a very cute shoe, it is a very wide shoe. Even though I ordered it a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear, it was still too wide for my normal foot. Be aware of this if you have a narrow foot.

These did not come with the rubber bottom and the suede on the bottom. Bummer

I don’t know what happened but this show is totally different looking and sized. Maybe getting made in another country now?????

They looked really nice but they were way too big. I could walk right out of them. Even wearing thick socks, I walked right out of them! Had to return.
