Because these mocs are suede inside and out, they do not allow (encourage?) the foot to breathe. I also think they would work better with a narrow foot than with a medium-to-wide, mainly because the rubber sole is narrow and the upper will stretch with time. It's a nice shoe for the price, though, especially if you want true mocs.

Good quality shoe. Just a little too long in my regular size. Zappos service is the best though...so I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

Durable & very comfortable, exactly what a moccasin should be. Order a size smaller than normal size, they stretch out a bit. Only complaint is the sole seems to be wearing down faster than I'd like.

I am a big Minnetonka fan and I bought this shoe in brown, the only color available, at Nordstrom and loved it. The strange thing is, the same size in black from Zappos was slightly too small, had to have them stretched at a shoe repair shop. They are fine now. I love them!

Order your true size in these and give them time to break in. I almost returned them but after a week or so they seem fine. They felt a bit narrow at first.

Yes, these shoes do run both wide and long, I ordered two sizes smaller, but I also have a narrow foot. Zappos has by far the best prices, best return policy and best customer service, ever!

I'm very pleased with these moccasins, but do order 1/2 size lower, and in order to get the best fit I wear socks.

Nice shoes, but US 5 is a bit short to my standard Euro 36 size. 5.5 might be a better choice.

Definitely run large. I ordered an 8 which is my standard size and had to return for a 7.5 which now the left moc feels a little large, and the right is a bit tight on the top of my foot and the shoe rubs a bit. I have only worn them once which happened to be during a downpour, and my feet were not soggy! This is my first pair of Minnetonka's with real rubber bottoms, which is totally the way to go! Love the color, the material is high quality and these will be great throughout the summer with dresses, shorts, skinny jeans, everything.

I love these shoes. I definitely recommend getting at least a half size, if not a whole size smaller than your typical shoe size as they run large, and stretch very quickly. I usually wear a 6.5 and ended up with a 5.5!

I actually did not find these to run big. I normally wear a 9 and so ordered an 8.5, and it was way too small. Be advised that they, obviously, may not run large for everyone.

I love these moccasins! They go really well with a pair of skinny leg jeans. They run really big though so get a half size smaller than you usually would.

Good for the price. Comfortable but not cushiony. Laces keep on coming untied.

I found this shoe true to size and very comfortable. I have wide feet and the soft leather really helps.

I love the style of these slippers, but they could use some padding. It feels as though I'm walking barefoot. I'm sending them back for a different pair.

Made out of the softest suede. Color is great. I usually wear 7-1/2 or 8 but this 7-1/2 is good, actually could have gotten a 7. So I think they run large. Can't wait for rainy season to end so I can start wearing them more often. Thanks Zappos.

I actually tried these on, and bought them at the mall a few months ago. I wear size 8 shoes, but with flats I always go down at least half a size because they always seem larger to me than any other shoe I wear. Surprisingly with this shoe, I ended up buying a 6 1/2 which is a size and a half smaller than my shoe size. It fit perfectly then but has stretched since then so I even think a 6 would have worked. Also, without socks on, the suede always feels cold on my feet even after wearing them for a while. This is why I gave it 4 stars for comfort. They are extremely soft though which is great. These shoes are totally cute and I might buy another pair in the future.

This shoe is really great. I actually got a new pair to replace my old pair in this style from 4 years ago that has finally kicked the bucket. It seems the sizing for these shoes have changed since then because I got the same exact size as I had (that fit perfectly before) and it felt about half a size too big now. Somewhat disappointing but I will definitely be exchanging to get the correct size!

The only bad thing I can say about these shoes is that the first few times you wear them, they will slightly stain your feet. They would be a perfect 5 stars if they were lined. Other than that they are very cute and pretty comfortable. I wear them around the house and out when I run errands. As for the size, I usually get a size 9 in shoes but I ordered these in an 8, and they fit great.

Bought these in pink and they are very cute but they run really big. I ordered my usual 5 1/2 and even with very heavy socks they were way too big. They feel at least a full size larger. That is my reason for 4 stars. I will be returning for a smaller size. As always Zappos service is great.

I love my Minnetonkas. They are cute and comfortable for everyday wear. My suggestion is to order a size down because they will stretch.

Very nice shoe, but they run pretty big. I normally wear a 5 1/2, and that's what my deerskin Minnetonkas are, but these are quite a bit larger. The size 5 may even be too big since the 5 1/2 fits more like a large 6 or maybe even a 6 1/2. I think a lot of clothing and shoe companies starting marking their sizes smaller a few years ago. So, they may be true to modern size, but not to sizes of a few years ago.

Comfortable and good looking slipper.

Very comfortable. The suede does stretch, so you may need a half size smaller. Soles have great traction!
