I did what the other reviewer suggested and tightened the ties. I did the right shoe first: perfect. Left shoe, next - and the first "tightening" the tie broke. So sorry, Zappos.

I bought the gray shoes. The quality is excellent. The fit is true to size and width. I am experiencing swelling in my ankles and tops of my feet. These shoes are comfortable enough for me to wear to work and being able to make adjustments to the fit with the strings helps greatly. These are classic moccasins and I highly recommend them.

I love these shoes but reordering for second time, I went down a 1/2 size and they still were too big, and now ordering a full size down...

After reading the reviews, I had concerns about sizing, so I ordered three pairs - 7.5 M, 7 M and 7 W. I probably could have went with the 7 M, but the toe box felt narrow; the 7.5 M was definitely too long (even though that’s my normal size). I went with the 7 W, tightened up the laces a bit, and have worn the shoes for a whole week in perfect comfort. I love the gray color even though I thought I preferred the brown shades. Very happy in these shoes.

These are heavenly! This fall I have ordered 4 pairs of these Mocs, navy, black, brown and red. They look great with pants and jeans, feel warm and just are my favorite shoe.

Great color and very nice shoe. Love them!!! I have bought this shoe is several colors and wore one pair until I totally wore them out. Great casual shoe that is comfortable as a slipper in the house and very cute with jeans and casual dress.

Exactly what I was looking for in a casual, fall shoe. The shoe runs big, so I exchanged the original pair for a half size smaller.

I love these moccasins and am on my third pair. I did find that the sizing was different from the previous two pairs I have. I ordered a half size and full size smaller than normal, and ended up keeping the half size smaller pair. I ordered the gray and am really pleased with the color. Thanks Zappos for making shipping and returns so easy!!

I normally wear a size 7 but they were completely sold out in the color I wanted. I called customer service and they suggested I order a half size down because they run slightly big. I did and they fit perfectly.

I’ve purchased many different styles of Minnetonka shoes and I know these moccasins fit a half or full size larger so I went down a full size. I typically wear a women’s 9 and I purchased an 8. They fit wonderful with a little bit of room to spare. These moccasins are COMFORTABLE! I wear them without socks and the materials are so soft on the feet, like walking on clouds. I have purchased other styles and feel they really hold up over time. They are an amazing quality for the price you pay. A staple in everyone’s wardrobe.

I love these mocs! I did have to go down half a size from my usual size 8 to a 7 1/2.

I love these shoes. They don't have much support but i dont need it. They do run large. I wear an 11 an ordered a 10. My toes are at the end but they stretch as time goes on so soon they will have wiggle room.

I love these mocs. This is actually my third pair. I bought my first pair about 4-5 years ago and have worn them so much that my husband got me another pair last Christmas because the ones I had were looking quite worn. I wear them anyway. I had gotten my husband a pair a few years ago for Christmas and he fell in love with them to. Unfortunately, his were ruined when we attended a renewal wedding ceremony that was held in my friends back yard and with all the rain, her yard was a swampy, muddy mess. He had so much mud on them that he left them on the back porch for the mud to dry before we cleaned them off and it poured down rain all over them completely ruining them. The footbeds inside became detached and I tried gluing them back but I just don't think they are fixable. Anyway, I actually was looking to get my husband another pair when I saw these in gray and had to have them. I'm actually thinking of getting my mother a pair in the blue. I wear them with socks, without socks, and throughout the year. They look good with so many things and are so comfortable. I would highly recommend these to everyone.

Love these moccasins! Just a heads up that you should probably go a full size down. I usually always wear size 9, and I had to get these in an 8.

I have been wanting these moccasins for a long time and am overall happy with my purchase. I am also pleasantly surprised at how fast these mold to your feet - they molded to mine after one full day of wear. I will say that I am normally a size 8 in shoes, but the 8’s were way too big. I debated on whether I should exchange for a 7 or 7.5 and ending up going a full size down with the 7’s. The size 7 fits my foot almost exactly so there’s not a lot of wiggle room and my toes touch the top, but with the stretching of the suede, I think the 7.5’s would have still been too big. Also, I originally ordered the taupe color, which is A LOT lighter in person that it appears in the photos on here. I wanted something darker so I went with the dark brown suede. These are more similar to the color I was hoping for. Still not the same as in the photos, actually closer to the how the taupe looks, but I am happy with them.

Love these shoes, very comfy. Great for wearing around the house.

This shoe is cute but order a whole size down. It runs big. Watch a video on how to tie the bow if you have an issue.

Very nice shoe. I suggest going a size down. They were fairly large. I am a size 8 and had to return for a size 7. Also, tying the bow was hard for me until I watched a video.

The navy kiltie has become my go-to sneaker substitute and looks great with jeans. I'll probably order another color. Very comfortable even when I'm on my feet all day. As other reviewers say, this runs large. I'm normally an 8 (rarely but sometimes a 7.5), and I ordered the 7. The right shoe felt very wide but a smaller size would have been too short. I knew they are adjustable and tightened the tie, which made it fit very well.
