The best! I broke my toe and nothing was comfortable at all - only socks. I thought of those "old hippie moccasins" from the 70s and thought wow - those would be perfect, but I didn't know if they even made them anymore. Sure enough - Zappos had them! They are super comfortable & I can go outside to work or shopping in them without hardly limping. With long jeans they look like little suede boots. I couldn't be more relieved to have something to wear.They are warm, too. There is no arch support - but orthopedics would easily fit in them.These are so nice & Zappos, as always, is the best!

Retro-rebel - My wife wore these (or a style just like them) for the three years we were in high school - 1969-1971. And after years of searching, I found them on your web site. Very retro cool and very much like the rebel I remember her to be. She loves them as much as I love to see them on her. I think I'll get a pair of the tall ones for men like I used to wear and we can enjoy the long strange trip it's been. Thanks.

Thankfully, some things don't change. Growing up, it seemed like I always had a pair of these moccasins. I wasn't sure if they'd be as great as I remembered, but they are! They're every bit as comfortable and I actually like the color better than the old light tan ones I used to have. My only complaint is that the laces in these are sewn in, whereas my old pair had laces that looped through the top of the moccasin and could be removed. This allowed them to be tied tighter and also to be replaced with another piece of leather when the original broke. Otherwise I'm completely happy and wear them all the time. And I can't say enough great things about Zappos. As a person who has always had trouble finding comfortable shoes even in a shoe store, I couldn't imagine having any success buying online. But I have purchased 3 different pairs now and every one of them fit comfortably on the first try. I now tell everyone I know about how great this company is. Cute & comfy...but not for me - This is a super-cute shoe. The color is really rich, the suede really soft and the fringe as cute as can be. I love them but, with my figure, I need a bit more heel. Wish I had a figure that didn't!

PERFECT buy! I always have a hard time finding shoes that fit since my feet are still technically a kid's size. These boots however fit wonderfully and look great on my feet. Not to mention it doesn't feel like I am actually wearing shoes. More like walking around in slippers. No complaints. Don't wear them with white socks because they will stain them.

Wow, these shoes are so comfortable! Plus they are really cute. I am going to wear these around the carpeted office all winter. Wear rain boots outside and these inside. What a great value. You can't go wrong!

Cute shoe! I love this boot! Not only are they adorable, they feel like slippers on your feet! I wouldn't recommend walking for miles in them but they're great for going out.

Sole Heaven!!! These comfy mocs are unbelievable - like all Minnetonka moccasins (I adore the Thunderbirds as well!), when wearing them I feel like I'm walking on plushy clouds. It's incredible!!! Plus, these boots are warmer than my other mocs, so they're perfectly snuggly for a nice fall stroll!

Love these! These are so comfortable, even for walking long distances. I need to order a few more pairs, just in case!

Moccasin massage - These moccasins are the most comfortable shoe there is. After walking all afternoon in the mall I asked my husband to give me a foot massage. As I put my moccasined feet on his lap he proceeded to massage my feet and toes through my moccasins! He usually removes my moccasins to rub my bare feet but he said he likes the feel of the soft suede of my moccasins on his hands as he rubs my feet. It felt wonderful to have him rub my soles and toes while I still had my moccasins on my feet. It shows that wearing these moccasins are the next best thing to being barefoot!

Hippie Moccasins - I've worn these moccasins since 1968 when I was in the 9th grade. I guess I was your typical hippie girl (from the flowers in my hair to the tips of my moccasined toes). I love wearing these moccasins and feeling the soft grass and earth through the soft moccasin soles on my feet. Each step is pleasure to take. I love the way the soft suede leather molds around your feet. You can even see a perfect impression of your bare feet on the soft moccasin soles after you’ve worn them awhile. I always buy a size smaller than my other footwear since I like to wear them on my barefeet. All my girlfriends from high school still love wearing these moccasins as much as we did then! They look great when I wear them with jeans and my fringe jacket that match my fringe moccasins perfectly!

Moccasin Girl - I'm a barefoot & Indian moccasin girl. I love wearing moccasins! When I'm not walking around barefoot I'm usually padding around in my soft sole moccasins. I love the feel of the soft cushion insole on the bottom of my barefeet! Even my husband loves my moccasined feet. He thinks that they're so very feminine and sexy! My mother wore these same moccasins in her hippie days and still wears them. I'll be a moccasin lover forever!

Minnetonka's Classic Fringed Boot (Moccasin) The right shoe is larger than the left shoe. The left shoe fits. The fringe was cut off to allow a freer flowing, unencumbered stride. They are great for the intended use overall.

Great, very comfortable - These are great! Very comfortable. A little big barefoot but perfect with thick socks. Item is a touch more orange than in picture but exactly what I wanted.

Comfy Moc! I have always wanted a pair of moccasins, and then noticed that Zappos carried Minnetonkas, so I decided to check out the selection...and ran into these. I wasn't to keen on the fringes, but based on the customer reviews about how comfortable they were, I thought I'd give these a try, and I was not disappointed! I LOVE these shoes! I did buy them in mind to be only worn indoors, though. I wouldn't recommend these for outdoor wear - the sole is the same leather as its uppers. These are very comofortable, I love the construct of these shoes - as one reviewer put it, a leather sock. I agree.

Nice for traveling - I do a lot of traveling and with the security measure in the airport (hate walking on the floor bare feet if my shoes go off through security). These are the best fit like a glove!!!!

Wrapped in Comfort - The Minnetonka has a wonderful thick cushion inside that allows my tired feet to be pampered after a long day at work. The soft suede wraps my feet in warmth. These moccasins are the most comfortable slipper I've every worn. My daughter tried them on and now she wants a pair.

Great shoe - This is a great shoe, comfortable however I may put a foot pad in it for added comfort. The price is right. Great for walking around the house and at work. Great for driving (I do a lot of long distance driving). I wouldn't consider it a good shoe for pavement walking and definitely not in inclement weather.

A Leather Sock!!! These shoes are great! They were a little more orange-ish than the picture, but not much. They are super comfortable!

I ordered, this same shoe from the "Minnetonka" and yes it was hard to find. Years ago, I saw women all over California wearing these, and knew when I grew up & was able to buy my own shoes. This would be my favorite and so I looked on the soles inside andwrote it down & kept it for years. Now that I have bought my 1st pair & wore them ou. I can't live without them! :))))))))) Always a moccasin lover.
