These seemed really boxy and heavy and too big, I have a slim foot, meaning it's not meaty, so these didn't fit well and I returned them.

Have worn a lot of New Balance for several years, but these are not comfortable. They are narrower than my current pair. My generic orthotics would need to be cut to fit in the shoe, but the shoe is too tight in the toe area, so will be returning. Not happy; when you wear the same size, same brand, same style they should fit the same.

They hurt my feet. Not comfortable at all. I was disappointed because I thought they would be more comfortable.

Cheaper materials, shallow fit, lacks cushioning. No longer a sturdy shoe. I've worn New Balance walking shoes for over fifteen years, and have watched the quality decline. I needed a new pair of leather walkers, but reluctant to do a lot of shopping in the pandemic. I need the rollbar, but can't even tell if that's effective on the new pair. They hurt my back. I disliked version 2, but at 3 or 4 years old, that pair has held up. I don't think the new pair will make it a full year.

I love to walk and these are a big disappointment. The tongue of the shoe is short and can't be pulled up to be adjusted and they squeak when walking on stairs.

These shoes ran wider than I can wear. I already had the 990 and it was perfect in the narrow width. These narrows ran wider. I returned them.

Shoe has a wide toe area which I am not used to. It is not as comfortable as some shoes I've had. I wish it had more stability. I will be returning this product to New Balance.

I need a shoe that is wide in the toes and narrow in the heel. These don't work. I gave these to UPS 9 days ago, still waiting for my refund.

Disappointed. The fit was good but too orthopedic looking for me and too chunky. I sent them back, waiting on my refund.

I had to return my first pair as they had a hard plastic piece inside the heel that caused a bruise. I had to return that care and purchase a second pair. Hope fully I will get my money back For the first pair the second pair Are great.

Sneaker sits too high on the ankle; uncomfortable; general bad fit. Walk daily and was looking for a shoe that would be comfortable. Bought because was highly rated but sneaker doesn't live up to the hype.

They are not comfortable and are very stiff. The tip of these shoes are rounded and not good for people with wide feet. Would not recommend for people who are over weight.

I bought these in wide hoping to wear while recovering from ingrown toenail surgery, but they are way too stiff. I'm not old enough to be wearing stiff orthopedic shoes.

I must be between a61/2 & 7. I bought both tried the 7 . It was too big so I sent it back. I'm on vacation now and find the the 61/2 very uncomfortable to walk in.'

This product did not work for me. The normal width was too tight..the wide was too wide. Felt like cheap plastic and it felt like the roll bar was misplaced. Used to be my go to shoe for motion control. .very disappointed the quality has gone downhill..I've moved on to Brooks and Vionic
