Really comfortable,helped to releave foot pain.

Fit & size fine. Fast shipping. Material except for Velcro, which I found probably not as long lasting with my use, as I generally use a pair of shoes. Shoes were perfect, however, when I got them. My issues were: 1) arch felt too high, 2) aesthetically, not as pleasing as I thought it would. 3) The other pair of shoes, which I bought an about two before (WW928GR3) , I am keeping. They fit just fine and I love them. I will continue to buy my shoes from Zappos.

Nice shoe, but a wee bit too short for long-term comfort.

Heel support with roll bar is great; however, shoes are very stiff, don't flex much at all. Seems tight at width of toe-end.

Heavy shoe. It’s leather but in an older style. I ordered a narrow but it felt likes medium.

The shoe fit well except for the heel. It slipped when i walked. I did the rabbit ears lacing to snug around heel area but it still slipped. Overall the shoe is very good. Just needs a higher heel in the back to grab the foot.

I have worn the 928 through various iterations and was glad when the v3 came out and apparently changed the toe box - the v2 toe box felt less deep than the prior version. This pair - even though it's v3 - does not have a deep enough toe box and my large toe presses against the end of the shoe and the top.

Toe box was a bit too small for me. Big toe kept hitting the inside of toe box. Just a pinch of too much arch for me.

Was too short so I’ve ordered next size up. New Balance has always been a good fitting shoe for me for 30+years.

This model gets bonus points for having a neutral red color.

I wish there was a size 11.5 in this shoe, with the D width. Having an uncommon size foot makes it difficult to find a shoe I can folk dance in without falling over. It is nice to have a tread that doesn't collect rocks outside to scratch my floor when I come in. This model has fewer rock collecting crevasses. This model will be too hot outside in the summertime without better ventilation. It is nice it is brown, at least light brown. I would go for more brown, taupe, and reddish brown as dance shoes become garden and walking shoes, and the clay here makes any non-brown foot wear ugly pretty fast.

The fit was good; I liked the style. But not enough cushioning on the sole, compared to another brand I tried at the same time.

Fit and size were fine for the left shoe. Something is wrong with the construction of the right shoe. I wish I could exchange just the right shoe for a better fit.

I kept them but seldom wear them. The sole is rather a platform. It makes them stiff. I am a little afraid about turning my ankle or something. It could be me. I have had ankle injuries.

I've owned 2 pairs of these in the blue suede and gray and loved them. That choice seems to no longer be available, so I ordered the leather in black even though I found them very unattractive. Same size. The leather are too short and my big toe hits. Mind you I order these in one size larger than I normally wear. So I guess I will have to look for different shoes. I don't know why manufacturers change products when they are already great.

These were big in a 7WW. I would need to try the 6.5 and then who knows about the width. I wear NB all the time so this was a surprise. Next time I need smaller sizes in NB. If you try these, get a smaller size for sure, or buy 2 sizes to try the right fit at home.

These shoes (in a 6 / 4E) fit my brick feet (short, very wide, high instep, high arch), which is not easy, but the upper was so stiff! It felt like I was wearing snow boots, and because of the lack of give, they started hurting my bunions immediately. Admittedly, I'm used to wearing shoes with a lot of give in the upper (often stretchy mesh), so maybe I'm not used to anything else now. Also, they're pretty ugly and did not make my feet look cute. Also, FYI, the grey has a definite beige overtone.
