I wear a 5 EEEE, and have a high arch. These shoes are extremely comfortable, allowing me to slip them on and wear them with no painful "break in" time: they simply fit perfectly! They are orthotic friendly by removing the insole, and replacing it with the orthotic. Love them!

I bought these for work. I work retail and am on my feet 9 hours a day. They have held up wonderfully. The navy color is a great option. White gets too dirty, and the color wears off the black ones.

Love the fit and comfort. Wish they offered it in the same material as the navy.

Good shoe for problem feet.

This is my third order for the same shoe. I walk 4 miles every day with a 30 lb vest and need good foot support because of the extra weight. I usually wear out two pairs of shoes each year. Because I walk year round in the Northeast weather, full leather seems to work best. With the exception of a few models, New Balance seem to fit me well.

I bought these shoes to wear to work to walk LOTS of miles. I had to try different things to make them work and they also had about a week break-in time. About me: I wear a size 11 and have overpronated arches (flat feet). I needed something to support my feet to walk 12-15 miles per shift at work. I first ordered an 11 wide because I just assumed that I would need extra width. I didn't. I called the customer service number, and they shipped the 11 medium which arrived 2 days later. Out of the box, I put them on and laced them up. I walked around my house and they were just ok. I took them to work (concrete floors) and they were just too firm. For the last several years, my go-to has been the Dr. Scholl's for flat feet. So I put them in the shoes. Which caused the shoes to slide up and down on my heels. I loosened and tightened the laces in different ways to no avail. So I took the original insoles out and put my Dr. Scholl's in. That was the answer! I wore them very comfortably for about 3 weeks before the seam on the outside started coming loose around the toe on one shoe. Then another 2 weeks before the other shoe did the same. For the price, I knew I HAD to make these shoes last longer than that. So I wore them anyway. Because they were the first shoes that I found that helped my aching feet and legs. Once I figured out the correct combination to make them work for me, I just couldn't give them up. I only wish the seams were made stronger. The good thing about Zappos is that they have quick and easy returns, and its SO MUCH EASIER to find what you're looking for because they have so many options!

Extremely comfortable shoe! This is the third time I've ordered it and I'm so glad it is unchanged.

I typically don't write reviews on shoes because I have very unusual feet, a very high arch as well as a very high instep, and there really isn't such a thing as comfortable pair of shoes for me even with orthotic insoles. However, I must say so far so good with 928v3. I find the shoe very roomy, with a wide enough forefoot area, the suede material is very soft and comfy and it's a nice looking shoe. More importantly for me is the removable insole so I can put my own insole. When it comes to walking or athletic shoes New Balance has been my go to. Lastly I should say I have only worn the shoes 3 times and not for an extended period of time so hopefully when I do they will feel as comfortable as they do wearing them for a shorter period of time.

Shoes are excellent - issue is i had surgery on my foot recently and need 4E in width but need 7 in length.

Have purchase these for past 2 years and they are excellent shoes. These shoes have great support and of coarse I like the black shoes easier to keep looking clean. The only minor thing is the shoes strings are too short and I have to go and buy longer ones every time.

I’ve got problem feet and have searched for a shoe I could wear every day without killing my feet. I found these and decided to try them. The black ones reminded me of the shoes my dad wore lol. I decided to go with the navy swede. I like them a lot. I was on my feet all day and it’s the first time in years my feet haven’t hurt! I had to order the double E because of my huge bunions. I’m really happy with this purchase. Just exactly what I was looking for.
