This is my 4th pair since 2017. First online purchase. Love them! Very comfortable. My back & knee pain goes away until I wear them out! Orthotics & lift (hip surgery) fit really well. Well worth the price.

These are the shoes that I have been buying for years, but the store I usually buy them from wasn't able to get them. So I tried different shoes, but none of them worked. Then I found these. Perfect fit.

I love 928. I've spent more than 30 years on my feet and now exclusively wear New Balance shoes. They are comfortable and stand up to everyday walking.

They're a good fit, which is tough for me. I have quite a bit of foot pain, as well as the challenge of having one leg that is slightly shorter than the other. I have to remove the original insoles of shoes and put in orthodics. I also need to put an insert in the shoe of the shorter leg to even myself out. With all those extras, most shoes won't work-- they're just not deep enough to hold all that. Thankfully, these New Balance shoes are deep enough and wide enough to fit my feet AND all my "supportive equipment."

I run a restaurant. I am on my feet about 11-12 hour days. I tend to wear shoes to the outside. The roll bar is great. The shoes are very durable.

I buy these for work and along with my arch support inserts, they’ve helped me out. My feet don’t hurt as much at the end of a 10-12 hour day.

I had worn one pair of these completely out and decided to buy some Hoka OneOne to try. I like them but they weren't as comfortable for me as the NB. I decided to bite it and bought a 2nd pair of NB as well. I now have two pairs in which I switch back and forth, but prefer the NB for all day wear and for walking. I buy my walking/exercise shoes in women's size 12 even though I wear a 10 or 11 regularly. I like a lot of room in my walking shoes. The NB fit better and aren't quite as large as the HOO in size 12. I guess I'm not the best judge as to whether they are true to size or not.

These were one of the few my doctor suggested for me. I ordered 1/2 size too big, but they didn’t work out. Returning was a breeze. Waiting for my size to get in stock was a little frustrating (2 months) but Zappos sent me a message when they had them in so was able to order and get them within a week. Very happy now

I have large feet that swell, and I appreciate this shoe! It is comfortable throughout my whole day. I wear the laces wide across the tongue so my only recommendation is that you make the tongue a bit longer. The laces barely go over the top of the tongue and thus it sometimes slips down during the day. Thanks, New Balance for a great shoe!

The day I got my shoes . Was the happies day of my life . They fit perfect every thing is perfect . I love these shoes and want to buy another pair in white as soon as they are back in stock .

Due to arthritis, I had my ankle fused a year ago. I am able to walk without ankle pain now, but when I walk for any distance (1 mile or more) my foot hurts and swells up! Since purchasing my shoes, I've not had that problem. I'm so happy that my little sister's podiatrist recommended them! I can again enjoy nightly walks with my husband!

I quit buying New Balance for a while because you weren't making the SL2 last shoes with the stability features that I need. O am glad that you are continuing with this type of shoe, since nothing I have tried has worked as well.

I'm finally in the best size for me and I'm liking the V3 better than the other versions. NO pain when I wear them, in these 71 year old feet. I have some arthritis in my toes, but the roomy toe box it totally comfortable, while the cuddly heal hugs my heal.

I've been getting these sneakers for several years and I love them. I remove the inner sole and put my orthotic in. The sneaker is made so that it fits in very well.
