Your customer service representative lied about my order and then no one could or could fix the situation.

I have worn the kids version of this slipper for about 13 years. Im 50 and a size woman's 8 so 6 works great. I'm now on my 4th pair with the first 2 lasting about 10 years with many many machine washes and year round all day indoor wear. My 3rd pair lasted about a year and a half before blowing out in the toe and the inner footbed wearing off. This pair had one washing. My latest, a fun red color, I've owned about a week and a half. The insole feels like a man made material and it's already wearing down in the toe. I've also notice that the interiors don't keep toes as warm as my old pairs, which looked like a natural wool/shearling material. The sole, I'm convinced is some kind of cheaper plastic like foam material you may find on a Dearfoam slipper. And lastly, not to be to negative but the upper feels like a faux/man made material. Perhaps I'm confused, are these all now made with all man made materials? I'm not convinced that these will last a year. We will see? I've just notice a decline, like most things in life. That being said, they look cute and the price for kids isn't to bad for the styleif it is in fact real materials. I'll still likely buy them because they fit comfortably and work well for me but I'm guessing it will now be an annual purchase so I'll have to determine if the cost is worth it for a pair I toss at the end of the season.

I ordered on December 3rd and have not gotten my order

I first purchased these in a kids size 4, since I wear a regular 6 in women's shoes. They were actually too big ! I then purchased them in a kids 3 and they were a bit too snug. I finally purchased them in a size 5 in women's which is my regular ugg size and they fit perfect.

Wore them 3 times and already the stitching on the top around the ankle is coming done. And I was not doing anything that would cause a lot of wear and tear. I basically went to and from my car and sat at a desk all day. Very disappointed as these are brand new and starting to look beat up so quickly. I've had about 5 other pairs of these over the years and the quality was better in previous years.

These slipper make your feet look huge. I am a size 4 kids and immediately as I tried them on my feet looked instantly double in size!

I purchased this slipper in the hopes to have something for everyday use. Granted I've ordered from Uggs before so I know that certain things can look bigger than normal. But these, HUGE ! It made my foot look 5 times bigger ! Plus my heel was hanging off in the back. No go :(

wish they came in grey. im a size 4 but im not a child and not having the grey option is disappointing.

Returned to store. Next size lower too small. Maybe next year

They are so warm and comfortable

The Kids Tazman II didn't work for me as my foot slipped out when I walked.

These are not as stout as my other pair. The materials are much lighter. Not really happy...

Bought them as a gift for my niece- She loved them except they were snug. The right size is out of stock She is so disappointed.

Something went wrong in the making. They don't fit like my black ones. Not sure why. Going to keep wearing, but truly disappointed. It's the heel part. It seems it was constructed too low. I ordered same size as I always order uggs. I'll keep, hopefully it just conforms to my feet.

i bought product after all the hype, but now i'm not so sure. I ordered in the correct size, but the back is so shallow my heel keeps slipping offso disappointing since they're so cute

These shoes feel so cheap compared to my older uggs. The material inside flattens out after a couple of times of wearing it and when you walk the heel slips up so it's not tight fitted. I wish they made these uggs like they use to.

I had a hard time ordering directly from UGG! First order was canceled. Placed a second order finally shipped arrived after Christmas and I come to find out item runs small

This was my first time to purchase UGGS. I did not realize how small they ran. I sized up one size but should have done 2. Now there are none in stock anywhere to replace a youth size 2.

The stitching was a different color and In the photo it was supposed to be white and grey

She loved the shoe. Too small. On a waiting list for a new size.

I love UGG, I've been buying UGGS for over 10 years and I can definitely tell the quality has declined. First off, I purchased the women's size tasmans in gray 4 years ago and they have held up nicely. I just recently purchased the kids sizes Tasman 11 and they do not have the same quality as the ones I purchased 4 years ago. The fur in the kids pair feels like it holds on to moisture more than my original pair. The kids pair makes my feet more sweaty and the fur feels as though it hasn't dried out from the sweaty feet. This is very odd because I normally don't have sweaty feet and have never had this issue with any other pairs of UGGs before. I do understand they are meant to keep your feet warm but the quality of fur feels cheap and reacts to sweaty feet very poorly. If I could return them I would. This makes me very sad as I've loved UGG for many years but like other comments have mentioned the quality is not the same.

They shoe is small, not true to size and I am having difficulty trying to figure out how to return them and get the next size up. I keep requesting the email to reset my account, but it never shows up in my email anywhere. and yes I have checked the junk mail.
