The fit is true to size and the cork footbed feels great! I feel very stylish when I wear them and get lots of compliments. I would definitely recommend these sandals to a friend.

These boots rock and Zappos along with it. I heard about Zappos from my teacher and decided to give a try and guess what, I have never ordered shoes online but with Zappos with their detailed information about sizes, they came perfectly fitted to me.

I was looking for a simple, classic black boot that didn't look like a pirate boot, and I'm so happy I found these. They are very comfortable, and there's a nice little elastic piece by the calf, so they can fit easily over skinny jeans. They are also very flattering and slimming on the leg. I've already ordered another pair for my sister as a Christmas gift because she loved mine so much when she tried them on, that she refused to take them off!

These are awesome boots and look way more expensive on! I bought a pair for my trip to London and had to buy another pair for my sister because she loved them so much. Super comfortable too!

I am anxiously awaiting my second pair of these boots. The first pair was quite defective as the entire shoe portion of the right boot was misaligned by almost a half inch with the shaft, yet the other boot was spot on. Confusing! Also, the box had mold growing in it. I spoke with a wonderful representative named Garrett and he was absolutely amazing. They really have the best customer service at Zappos. I cannot wait to get the new pair. I loved the style of these boots. The lining was wool lined and I loved the added touch of the SE pin on the back calf.

This is probably the best knee-high boot I've seeen this season. Buttery soft leather, sleek profile and the wooden heel adds a little something different. It's also fairly comfortable. What else do you need?

This was the worst transaction for me in my 7 years of ordering with Zappos. These boots were clearly worn, had dark stains on the beige suede, they had no tags on them, they were not packed in any original packaging. Why would you even think you can get away with selling these to me Zappos? I have always had amazing service, great products, and quick delivery, but this was a joke. And to add insult to injury it is taking longer than normal for them to credit the boot return back to my account. Step up your game back to where it used to be Zappos....

My second pair was defective. The left boot was mis-sewn and the stitching was all lopsided. Also the cute little SE pin on the back of the boot was missing on one boot.
