Weird insole with very thick heel padding. The shoes are darling and I really wanted to love them, but I was afraid it wouldn’t be comfortable in the long run.

They are very narrow so do not fit.

I have 2 pairs of Dolce Vita tennis which are soooo comfortable and cute. However these shoes are hard in the heel. They are cute but need more structure and arch support. I really wanted these shoes because of the red color but I must return them.

The shoes look amazing. Sadly my normal size doesn’t fit- so tight in the toe area!!These shoes run VERY small and going back

Too narrow in toe area

Super cute shoes, but size was off. I’m usually a 9.5, the 8.5 fit the best. The insoles have a lift like golden goose.

The heel was really supported and the toe was not, so it felt like I was wearing a high-heeled sneaker. I'm returning them.

I'm so bummed. This is a really cute and well made shoe. I ordered my usual size (9.5M) and while the length is accurate, no way is this a medium. It runs extremely narrow. Don't waste your time unless your feet are needle thin. I'm on the wait list for 9.5W but it looks like wide widths are long gone.

I have been wanting some gold sneakers for the season, more specifically for Vegas because of the vibe. I ordered these in my normal size but they didn't feel secure on my foot. I returned and ordered a 1/2 size down. They did fit better, but it doesn't matter. The real problem is the lifted insole. I don't even know know what is happening with this shoe. With the lifted insole, the sneaker itself doesn't feel like it's pulled on all the way. Most bizarre fit I've ever experienced. You can pull out the insole but then you have a the problem of a flat shoe you that you will have to hope you can find a new insole for, and I am just not up to that when gold sneakers are everywhere this season. So cute, they really are flashy in the gold, but even walking around running errands around town they just don't feel like they would be stable, and there is no way I could have done Vegas wearing them. I tried to talk myself into keeping them just for the sake of being a fabulous seasonal trend but I decided to return them before trying these out of the house because I just can't return something I've used in good conscience. Very sad, I had to wear my ON Cloudmonsters for three days on a trip, but my feet thanked me and I'll just have to pretend with my fashion memories. Hard pass, and I imagine if you really love the look of these they will be rock bottom priced soon.

Weird how puffy they are around the ankle

Had to return these…the insole has a very thick heel which didn’t allow my heel to go into the back of the shoe all the way. Very strange design. The insole is removable, but when I tried my own insole, the fit just wasn’t right.

The wide is wider in the back and middle not the toe box.

Really cute shoes but insole is so awkwardly fitting. Heel is raised and is uncomfortable. Wanted them to fit!!!

the raised heel makes these so uncomfortable and look strange on your feet. Love other shoes from the brand. These do not work for me.

These were really not cute if you dont have super small feet. they looked like bowling shoes :(

The insert is a significant wedge. Your heel sits too high in the shoe.

These shoes look gorgeous in person and have such cushy arch support. I was so disappointed that for me (someone who is an 8.5 and rarely has width issues with shoes), these were INSANELY narrow in the toe box. They literally feel like they're for a small child! Not an adult! These are - sadly - going back ASAP.
