Where have you been? I found the experience (3 pairs) most satisfying. I will NEVER set foot in a shoe store again. Why would you. And, I have a real tough size--7.5 triple E. You have so many. Keep up the good work.

Economical and Ergonomical - These shoes fit me perfectly right out of the box. They take a shine well, which made them look fantastic with my tuxedo. Also, Zappos shipped in less than 24 hours! Placed the order at 8 at night and received then before noon the next day! Amazing.

Stability, gorgeosity, COMFORT - These shoes are gorgeous and sturdy and have a beautiful shiny black finish. The heels are well-made and the laces are waxed and not flimsy. Definitely buy this shoe. I put it on and walked around for a couple hours in them and felt NO discomfort in the back of my foot like I have experienced with other brands of dress shoes. It also looks really classy and can dress up any outfit.

ELEGANCE and COMFORT - This shoe is very good looking. When I discovered that you had my size (7D) I knew it would fit very well. With QUICK DELIVERY I got my shoes on the day before our Christmas party. Easy return policy (if needed). This is an excellent product and a terrific staff. I'm sure that I will order from Zappos again.

Best Shoes Ever! I've never owned a truly great pair of shoes until now. I was nervous buying shoes on-line because I was afraid they wouldn't fit properly & I'd have to go through the hassle of returning them. The shoes fit perfectly & are extremely comfortable. I will continue to purchase Bostonian shoes in the future. My feet thank you!

Verry Pleased - I've had my shoes for a year now and they are grrreat. Great look, great fit. I have a pair of brown and a black pair.If my wife buys the that special suit, I'll have to get the other color. It is impossible to find a narrow shoe in my town. That's why I shop the " ZAP ".

I like the look, fit and price of theses shoes, but I’m returning them because of concerns about quality. Right out of the box, the footbed that runs from the heel halfway to the toe is coming up at one edge (both shoes). The right shoe has a small but annoying ‘speed bump’ in or under the footbed. It runs from left (arch side) to right (outside) about in the middle of the shoe. I’m upping the ante and have ordered my first pair of J&M’s. Zappo’s is great. I ordered 3 pair Tuesday around lunchtime and received them all freight free Wednesday!!! Because of that and the free return, I’m through with brick and mortar shoe stores! No more driving around town looking for 10 B's I like.

Excellent Shoe - This is my first pair of Bostonian's. The shoes felt very comfortable right out of the box. I was very pleased with the appearance and style of the shoe. I would definitely buy another pair.

Zappos - I stopped ordering on-line in 1994 due to never receiving the coreect order, product or size in the time frame stated. I was completely surprised to see the order I placed with you on Sunday delivered Tues., with no additional charges for shipping, and to actually have the products I ordered fit. Thank you. I’ve been wearing Bostonian dress shoes for 10 years and have never been unsatisfied with a pair. They wear well and are true to size. It’s great that I have a few options in the larger sizes (I wear a size 15). This is the first pair of Akrons that I’ve ever bought. Not as comfortable as the Marco, which I have worn predominately, but still a good shoe. Unless you are really pinching pennies I would recommend spending the extra money to get the Marcos; you won’t be disappointed.

Nice looking shoe, but quality seems a little lacking. I had to buy insoles because the right shoe's right side was about a quarter inch higher than the left side and was digging into my ankle. The left shoe was fine. Also, the sole lining inside the shoe has a glued seam. The right shoe's seam was already unglued when I opened them. Disappointing considering the price paid. Look nice though.

Except that the shoes have a leather squeak, the shoes look great and feel great. The squeak is very annoying and I hope the break in will eliminate the noise.

Shoes fit great and wear well. That is, until 8 months in they develop an annoying squeak when walking. Not pleased.

Today is the first day I have worn these. Both shoes are literally peeling an outer layer. I was already going to return them because they are very uncomfortable - the side hits right at my ankle bone more than any other shoe. My background - I am a lawyer and have a ton of dress shoes. These are by far the worst pair I have ever had.

I was really surprised how poorly made these shoes were. After my husband wore them twice, they are falling apart. The black finish is flaking off and the heels are peeling.

My husband bought a pair of these shoes, and within an hour of walking around in them, the outer shell (I am not sure it is leather, so I am not sure what to call it) started to peel, and flake away at the creases. Extremely disappointing. The shoes were the right width and size, and the style is nice, but the quality is appalling.

These are poorly made shoes and uncomfortable. I wore them for one day and they developed a large crease where the toes join the foot. At the crease the paint(?) they apply to make the shoe glossy and black peeled right off. After four hours of wear, I met with a client with new shoes that are falling apart. Not good, don't buy these things.

Great looking shoe, and for me, after one day with heavy socks, I could wear them comfortably all day with dress socks.
