Love these - got them in size 8 for my teen daughter in winter weather and rain. She used them in Finland (yes, Finland) during winter and they were fine for outings up to 1-2 hours. I can't say if they'd be ok longer. Also used in Germany during Christmas markets and they kept her feet warm all day. The only complaint I have is that after a year, the most outer layer, some sort of film that made them look shiny, is definitely peeling off of the toe area, so they are not as shiny in those areas as others. But the other parts are all still great - no other wear and tear problems. That is why I knocked down the overall score - the peeling layer.

According to other reviews I ordered a 9 and they were slightly too snug. I usually wear a 9.5. I should have ordered a 10. They are nicely made boots.

I wear a 9.5-10 normally,and have a low volume foot. With a light to medium sock the 9.5 was too snug.

These were true to size, and even roomy - maybe for thick socks? The outside material was fine. I didn't realize the laces were coiled at the ends and not meant to take out - I guess you could replace the laces if you want to tie them. There's a zipper on the side of the boot, which is short and it was kind of hard to get my feet in. But the main issue for me was that there was not much cushion on the sole and so they were just too hard. Again, maybe if you like thick socks they would be better.

People were saying in their reviews that these run big. I have a narrow foot with a high arch but have been able to wear 8 and 8.5 medium width if the shoe comes with a good insole. If I wear narrow, I’m a 9N. With most 8.5 medium shoes, I add an additional or thicker insole. With all that said, I ordered these in a size 8 and they fit fine. I walked in them the other day for 2 hours but after an hour, they started losing their comfort. The tongue on the right shoe kept going to the side and bothering the top of my foot. And my toes kept hitting the front of the boot after an hour, and I wasn’t wearing thick socks. So maybe I do need an 8.5 but I feel they would be too big/wide at that size, although maybe one of my thicker insoles would make a larger size more comfortable?

I really like these boots, however, one of the laces snapped after wearing them a handful of times. The description was also inaccurate as there was no side zipper.

Very stylish and keeps feet warm and dry… I do wish they had better Arch support. Some inserts would be nice.
