I normally wear a ladies size 6 or 6.5 and initially tried these in kids sizes 4 and 5. Unfortunately, the size 4 was too small and the 5 was too big. It was worth a shot in order to save $30 for the same style and quality. I usually order more than 1 size of any shoe or boot because my feet are shaped weird - they're sort of "duck-shaped"; they're wide across the toes with very skinny heels and skinny ankles - so I just like to compare how a shoe or boot fits in different sizes. I ordered these in ladies sizes 5.5 and 6. The size 6 felt large all over - more like a size 7 - but the size 5.5 fit nicely - even with thick socks. So, in my opinion, these felt at least a half size larger - more like a size 6 or 6.5 - which happens to be what I wear. I would have loved to save money by purchasing these in a kids size, but the correct fit is worth the price difference for me.

I love these! I put off buying for about a year and finally caved. They have been perfect for light rainy days and are great in the snow too. We got quite a bit of snow so the snow does fall into the boot but ah well. These are super comfy. I normally wear between an 8-9 depending on the shoe and I bought these in an 8.5. I have worn these so much this fall/winter I am already wanting another pair.

PERFECT

I went searching for these boots late in the season and almost all the Sperry styles and color selections I liked were not available in my size. Then...I came across the Sperry Saltwater and loved the brown/olive combination AND they were available in my size IF I ordered in accordance with so many reviewers who said they run big. SO, I normally wear a size 7, but can sometimes wear a 6.5. Given the reviews, I ordered the 6.5. When they arrived, they were super cute and I was really, really hoping they would fit. Unfortunately, the 6.5 was just a little too small - I could make them work, but they would not really be comfortable in the long haul. Even more unfortunately, Zappos did not have them in the 7. Sadly, I will be returning them. At the end of the day, I FEEL THESE RAN TRUE TO SIZE.

I usually wear a 6.5, and a 7 for running shoes or if I want to wear thicker socks. I went with a 7 because I have a wide foot and I wanted to be able to wear thicker socks. But I probably could have gone with a 6.5 and still worn thick socks. Plenty of room, even for my wide foot! Not worth it enough to return and get a smaller size. But they are super comfy and warm!

I’m so glad I took a chance and ordered the navy/brown color! The navy color on the website looked super shiny and I was a little worried, but they are so sharp in person and go with nearly every thing! I have a pair of tall Sorels for major snow, but those are bulky and heavy and don’t transfer well to wearing indoors. These are perfect! They aren’t too heavy or bulky and they transition great from snow to wearing all day in the office! They are warm with a nice fleece lining without being too hot. They are super easy to slip on with the side zipper and I love the “loosely-tied” look. Practical and comfortable. Would definitely order again!

Cute boots! Order a 1/2 size down. Moderately warm. Very comfortable!
