There is only one problem with these otherwise perfect sandals, and sadly it's a deal breaker. The unadjustable strap that goes around the heel is so high on the outside that it goes OVER my ankle and is also loose behind my heel, so it rubs my ankle badly and makes the sandals unwearable. I am VERY SAD to have to return them because the look is great, the leather is good quality, the straps that go over the toes and top of the instep are all adjustable, the arch support is excellent and the sole offers great stability. The length seems right on me but I wonder if 1/2 size smaller might make the heel fit better. I think I'll try it and see, because AA sandals are not easy to find.

Sizing was good but one of the straps rubbed against my ankle in a way that I knew would cause blisters easily.

The ankle strap was too high for foot and would have rubbed blisters in a very short while I loved this shoe and was sad that it didn't work on my foot.

I liked the style, but I found it hard to close the hook-and-loop straps around my ankle because of back issues. Had to return

The style and fit of this sandal is great; however, they are too heavy. So sorry to have to return as I love the style and versatility of the adjustable straps.
